We do a four level process which has a Sub-Editing stage, if required to assure best quality. All audio files submitted to us are treated as confidential and are only disclosed to our transcriptionists on a need to know basis. The members of our transcribing team are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to being allowed to perform any transcribing work for our clients.
