Change the width or height of the panels in multi panel doors, or change the width of your mullions, or the thickness of the bead and more. You can change these dimensions on all the doors or just one door in a job. The parametric changes are reflected in your design and automatically adjust the cut list output for accurate cut sizes. Customize Wall Shapes Elevation View. Choose from preconfigured wall shapes and modify your details or add points to create a unique custom wall shape. Customize Door Knobs and Handles Shading Options for B&W Views Utilize multiple shading options for your black and white drawings. Knobs and Handles look real with more choices. Import your own through Import 3D File. Import a DWG (autocad),.dxf or.stl file as a handle and KCD will add it to your choices of door and drawer hardware.

Back-up Restore Control your file sharing and back-ups. Select exactly what you would like to back-up then restore it on another computer. More than just a back-up, this feature lets you easily distribute specific files to others in your business. Show Shelves Show or hide shelf lines on your elevation view. See your shelves through your doors.

We listened. 3D Easy Nav Select Hide from Drawing and view a floor plan Image with your position and view direction along with the wall numbers for reference (above). Default Sizes Set a default for any size on any unit. Quickly Swap out Units Your design is complete but once again your customer would like you to change that 3 drawer base to a 4 drawer base. Simply right mouse click on the unit number and then right mouse on the 4 drawer in your unit menu. Select replace and you re done. (available in Frame, Frameless and Overlay Frame libraries only). Size your saved Custom Units when Placing Select a custom unit you saved and change the width as needed when you place it on your design. No more placing your custom designed unit as is and modifying the width afterward. Rotate Text for Readability Automatically rotate dimensions and unit codes Vertical and Horizontal. This feature creates necessary space to read dimensions. Designer-friendly Parameters for Production Set your values in metric (actual size) and let designers work in inches. Great for 32mm systems and production. Make an Allowed Sizes List for any value on any unit in your KCD Library (example: Height, width, depth, door and drawer front sizes, etc. ) Now the unit will be set with these dimensions based on the information in the Allowed Sizes List. Set Font Preferences Easily set fonts for dimensions, notes and headings permanently in the Fonts menu. Multi-Print Features Show/hide border on all Multi-Print images on current page (right-click menu). Set Multi-Print images to show without borders by default. Crop and Rotate multi-print pictures. Adjust brightness and contrast. Add notes and hand drawings to any Multi-Print image.
