10 Do not substitute DM but enforce knowledge sharing among the enterprise. Promote the use of new tools (e.g. Wiki for minute of meetings) Lesson learned Allow the freely sharing of knowledge all over the enterprise: topic leaders and new interested concepts can emerge quickly (improving enterprise time-to-market). Capture unstructured tacit knowledge as part of Enterprise Knowledge Management. Do not worry about low level of contribution. Remember the rule: the idea is that in any community, only 1% will contribute heavily, 9% will follow the 1% and contribute in-frequently, and the remaining 90% will consume content. 10
