College Transfer Pathways: Take classes toward a 2-year Associate s Degree from the community college with the option to transfer to a 4-year university. Cooperative Innovative High Schools: Partnerships between local high schools and Durham Tech -- Middle College or City of Medicine Academy

5 Career and College Promise Career and College Promise (CCP) is an agreement between the state s high schools, community colleges, and universities in the UNC system. In high school, it offers students options to take classes that lead to career certification or licensure take classes that count for course credit (in some cases both high school credit and college credit) earn college credits toward a community college Associate s Degree -credits that can transfer to UNC university 4-year programs
