The Board of Directors of IPS Securex Holdings Limited (the Company ) is pleased to announce that the Company has been appointed as a non-exclusive authorised trading partner of Accipiter Radar Technologies Inc. ( Accipiter Radar ) (the Appointment ). Pursuant to the Appointment, the Company is authorised to promote and sell the Accipiter Radar s range of products and solutions in Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and Vietnam for use in the following: 1. Aviation safety (civil airports and military airfields) for avian activity tracking for Bird Strike Hazard Management 1 and airport runway surveillance; 2. Environmental protection (wind farms and mining tailng ponds 2 ) for avian tracking and automated avian deterrent activation; and 3. Homeland security (port security, border protection, coastal and lake surveillance) for tracking of marine and air activity. This appointment of the Company by Accipiter Radar is subject to the full terms to be set out in an authorised reseller agreement to be negotiated between the parties. The ponded water minimises fine tailings from being transported by wind into populated areas where they could be potentially hazardous and harmful to human health, wildlife and the environment.
