FCEF is committed to ensuring that persons at all stages of life have the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed, intelligent decisions about their financial future. FCEF s primary focus is on programs and resources for America s military servicemembers, civilian federal employees, and their families. We believe financial success is not only open to everyone; it is obtainable for all who want it. FCEF s mission is to educate those who serve, and we will partner with you to make that happen. FCEF has created numerous products and services to easily customize our education to your specific needs. Participants get involved in the learning process and we respect their various learning styles. Our educational resources and services are delivered in person or via webbased applications, with or without a facilitator.
