5 Program Description Kardan University pursues the Credit Based System (CBS). Under the credit-based system, students can select the number of courses based on their speciic inancial conditions or other preferences. The Bachelor of Civil Engineering is to be completed over a four-year period. Students are required to complete 150 credits covering core, general electives and thesis.
