2 Nomination Deadlines For exchange students from Partner Universities who do not need visa to enter Georgia (you can see VISA FREE countries here) there is no strict deadline for nomination. While for students who need a visa to Georgia deadlines are: - Fall semester : May 20 th - Spring semester : October 20 th!!! No application will be reviewed by CU International department without receiving an official nomination from partner University!!! NOMINATION sample could be found here Exchange Application: Nomination by the exchange coordinator of the partner University is required! Nomination Letter MUST be enclosed with the rest of documents while filling in online application. ONLINE Application All Applicants must complete online application form that you can find on our web page at Online applications will be available from September 1 to October 20 Spring Semester and from February 1 to May 20 Fall Semester CU Online application does not allow applicants to submit their application unless they have uploaded all required documents, those are: 1. The Learning Agreement where you list the courses you'd like to take. You can download the LA form on our web page The courses in English can be found here 2. A transcript of records which shows your leaning achievements from your home university 3. Non-native English speakers are requested to prove their proficiency in English by presenting a copy of TOEFL/IELT score report. The score of TOEFL test should not be less than 80 ibt. Requested IELTS score is 5,5 and above. 4. Photocopy of the identification pages of your passport 5. One passport size photo Caucasus University will send out an official letter of acceptance to use it while applying for visa to Georgia.

3 Expected Arrival Date: Latest day of arrival should be 3 days prior to the start of the Classes. Course Descriptions Undergraduate level students coming for an exchange term may be restricted to some courses by their home university. CU reserves the right to decide individually according to specific requirements such as pre-knowledge, language skills. Housing CU does not have student dormitories. Accommodations are provided at the student`s choice with a hostel or in a rented apartment. If you want us to help in finding a flat please contact International Relations Office at CU. Estimated cost/ budget Regular exchange students from bilateral partner Universities DO NOT PAY any tuition fees to Caucasus University during the program (one semester or maximum one year). All visiting students from NON PARTNER universities and/or degree seekers PAY full costs and tuition fees to Caucasus University! Only on request of the home university will exchange students be allowed to overload our maximum limit. Fluency in the English language is mandatory! Courses CU offers a variety of subjects in the fields of: Business Administration Law Media Technology Governance Social Sciences Technology Health Care Management Language Instruction English/Georgian Class Size Average class size is Students Assessment and Grading All subjects include different forms of assessment, such as class exercises, assignments, quizzes, tests or examination. Individual student is ultimately responsible to meet all course requirements.
