67 Important REGS to Know! No coercion! Do not pressure anyone to give. Agency Leaders should not ask one-on-one. Do NOT create or maintain lists of noncontributors. Donors must always choose their own charities You cannot favor a charity in any way

68 Important REGS to Know! (cont.) Fundraisers: Donor selects charity, or Proceeds go to the Undesignated Fund (must disclose this) You cannot designate a charity recipient for the fundraiser. Involve the pledge form to increase your participation rate. (Not a regulation but a good idea!)

81 Paper Pledge Card Processing 1. Collect paper pledges from donors 2. Send white copies to your agency s payroll center (Unless it s a cash/check donation.) 3. Put yellow copies in the reporting envelope & mail/deliver to Intermountain CFC
