2 DRTCC ONLINE TICKET SYSTEM INSTRUCTIONS Welcome to the DRTCC new online ticket system. The following instructions will help you in making your online purchasing for any DRTCC ticketed events an easy process. This can be done at your convenience 24/7. If you do not have access to a computer simply drop down to The Centre and we will be pleased to assist you or call or and I would be pleased to assist you. The following steps should help you in purchasing your tickets: Step 1: Go to and locate the image below: Click on NEW ON-LINE TICKET AND PAYMENT SYSTEM Step 2: The next window is Performances for Individual Tickets. Click on the performance you would like to attend. There will be a list of performances scheduled and using the online ticket system. Performances for Individual Tickets Please click on the performance you would like to attend.

3 Step 3: This page will show you the seating chart and sections available. Simply click on the section you are interested in seating at: Section Prices Availability Section A $ Available Section B $ Available Section C $ Available Section D $ Available Section E $ Available Section F $ Available Step 4: When you click on the desired section you will be brought to the page below. Page shows you row and seats. A seat is available if you see the white box. Click on the box and a check mark reserves the seat for you. If no box is visible it means the seat is not available. Also note seats shown in blue are handi-cap accessible seats only! The available seats for Section A are listed below. Please select the desired seats, then click "Reserve Seats." Row A Row B Row C Row D Row E Row F Row G Row H

4 Step 4 Continued: Once seats are selected click Reserve Seats >> if you have the desired seats or click << Back If you wish to make another selection. If you click back start step 3 once again. If you click on reserve seats proceed to next step. Step 5: If you are satisfied with selection click again Continue >> if not click back and start (Order ) Current Selections Before continuing, please review this list to make sure each selection is correct. Once you are satisfied, click "Continue." You have 10 minutes to complete your purchase of the items below. Performance Selection Price The Care Bears and the Lost Rainbow Wednesday, May 07, :30 PM Section A, Row A, Seat 2 $20.00 [Remove] Sub Total: $20.00 Event Fee: $1.50 Total: $21.50 Delivery Method: Mail the tickets to me I will pick them up at "Will Call" I will print my E- ticket(s) on the Would you like to add more selections? You also have the option to make more selections If you wish to book more tickets for the same event or for another event click the appropriate box and you will be brought back to the main event screen start process again

5 Step 6: Once you click continue you are directed to this page. Secure Payment Online Review amount owing and either click Make changes which brings you back to previous page make necessary changes. If everything is okay click on Submit Payment which brings you to the Paypal.com home page. Note: You do not need a Paypal account to enter info, however if you do have a paypal account please login in under your account name. Secure Online Payment The total due is $00.00 (CAD). Please enter your payment information and click the "Submit Payment" button. Payment Information When you click the "Submit Payment" button below, you will be redirected to the << Make Changes Submit Payment

6 Step 7: When you click on submit you are directed to the Paypal Home page. It will show the following info: Keewatin Patricia District School board Item (Tickets purchased), Unit Price, Qty and Total. Sub-total and Total with or without shipping and Total amount. Go to Don t have a PayPal Account Use your Credit Card to purchase tickets. Click on Continue and you will be directed to the Paypal Page. If you have a Paypal account go to LOG IN TO PAYPAL Area. If you have made an error go to the bottom of this page and click on Return to Keewatin Patricia District School Board.

7 Step 8: On this page you must enter all necessary information. Enter your billing information, Credit Card including the CSC (three numbers on the back of your credit card). You must also enter your address. Once everything is entered correctly Click on Review Order and Continue. If not you can return to Keewatin Patricia District School Board. Click link at bottom of page.

8 Step 9: On this page you must review all entered information. If everything is correct Click on Pay $00.00 Now. This is in two locations on this page. If you wish to cancel click on cancel and return to Keewatin Patricia District School Board. Click link at bottom of page. Please note this credit card transaction will show up on your credit card statement as Keewatin Patricia District School Board. An will be forwarded to you of this transaction.

9 Step 10: Once reviewed and you have clicked on Pay $00.00 Now you will be directed to this page, thanking you for your purchase. You can view your printable Receipt. Print for your records. YOU MUST CLICK ON Return to Keewatin Patricia District School Board.

10 Step 11: If you elected to print your ticket, when you click on Return to Keewatin Patricia District School Board you will be directed to the following page: On this page you can print your receipt by clicking on print this receipt. To print your ticket (s) click on here to view your tickets. You must print the tickets (they are shown as a PDF using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Click on the Adobe Icon to print tickets to your printer.

11 Step 12: Once you click to print your tickets, you will be directed to a PDF of your ticket (s) - prints 3 to a page maximum. Your ticket will look something like the following: Note that the format is roughly the same, DES tickets are designed for their look and use, however the process is the same. Each ticket will have your name and address, the event name and location. It contains on the right hand side your section number, Row and Seat Number. All Tickets are non refundable. Thank you for using our new online ticket system. If you wish to come in and get your tickets we will be pleased to assist you. Should you run into trouble please feel free to call me at or during the day ext Monday to Friday. We have tried to simplify the process the best we can. Some cautions include: 1) Going past the 10 minute time allocation Paypal may take your money but you may not get the ticket this is why you must go back to the Keewatin Patricia District School board Online Receipt page. 2) Please if you have not received your tickets via mail (if you elected to have your tickets sent via mail by us) within one week of purchase please contact us immediately ext 2443 or via 3) Do not wait to the last minute to report any problems. All ticket sales and Paypal transactions are reconciled and discrepancies are handed immediately. Thank you for using the new online ticket system. System subject to changes and upgrades.
