2 PLANTING THE FINANCIAL SEEDS Irv Cohen is in the process of organizing the Tampa Bay Innovation Seed Fund: an early stage fund targeting investments within defined technology clusters. The seed fund is typically the first professional money invested in a company and seeks to include a mix of companies within its portfolio, preferring companies focused on rapid growth and early profitability, based on careful market research and strategic planning. The seed fund focuses on building successful management teams committed to meeting strict milestones, revenue forecasts and profitability projections. The fund will have a double bottom line as it will also contribute to economic growth for the Tampa Bay Region.

4 GLOBAL FINANCIAL EXPERTISE Responsible for building world class businesses for global financial organizations, Mr. Cohen has amply and successfully demonstrated his expertise during his long and prestigious career. He has been quoted extensively in leading industry publications on subjects of liquidity solutions, contingency planning, disaster recovery, risk management, and operations excellence, and is recognized as a leading speaker on treasury and cash management. He has also made numerous appearances as key speaker at conferences for Sibos and the Association of Financial Planners. 5 CURRENT FOCUS Currently Mr. Cohen serves as Chairman of the Board of Tampa Bay Innovation Center; a public non-profit partnership and an innovation and entrepreneurial center that assists merging and entrepreneurial companies in the technology and manufacturing sectors, in accelerating their success. This is accomplished by teaming up business experts and mentors with entrepreneurs, which take them from initial concept to exit strategy. Irv also serves as Managing Director of the Innovations Capital Group, which invests in strategic creation, growth and retention of companies in Tampa Bay.

6 MEDIA COVERAGE Holding numerous management positions including that of President of J.P. Morgan Treasury Technologies Corporation, Mr. Cohen and his strong leadership impelled the firm s payments businesses to achieve numerous world-class rankings; number one cash management advisor; number one in U.S. Dollar clearing in the U.S., Asia, and Western Europe; and number one Clearing House Interbank Payment System (CHIPS).

7 When JP Morgan Treasury Services operations relocated from New York to Tampa, Mr. Cohen attracted and secured some of the brightest financial, technical and multi-lingual talent in the industry. Under his stewardship, not only were two thousand new jobs created, but the firm was considered the area s premier employer of choice.

18 SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY An avid supporter of education, Mr. Cohen has served on the Board of Directors of the Council for Educational Change, and serves on the board of Learning is for Everyone, the Florida Council for Educational Change and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay, still remaining active as a Big Brother himself. He has also served in the capacity as Board Member, Chair, of Audit Committee DHS Technologies, Director of American International Lifestyles, LLC; Board Member of Persystent Technologies, Dean s Advisory Board, MIS Advisory Board, Tampa Bay Partnership, Florida Council on Economic Change, Chair of Florida Financial, and was the Past Chairman (2004) of the American Heart Association Ball.

19 LETTERS OF COMMENDATION In 2003, Governor Jeb Bush gave special commendation to Mr. Cohen for his leadership as Chairman of the Florida Financial Services Cluster Initiative (FFSCI), created to help accelerate the growth of the Financial Services Industry in Florida.
