8 How does Albany epay work? Albany epay collects payment data and goes through a three stage process: Validate - Authorise - Send. Once configured, the process of sending a payment takes moments and a minimum of clicks. The three stages are sequential and can either be user-driven or automated through the scheduler and workflow configuration, creating a task-oriented user experience that prompts action at each stage. 10 Implementation Support and Maintenance From receipt of order, our team of professional consultants will ensure a smooth and timely implementation of your solution. The scope and intensity of the implementation caters to your needs. It is adapted to the complexity of your requirements, with the expectations of both parties aligned from the start. g An initial review will take place to capture all of your specific details in preparation for the installation itself. This will require input from your IT division to facilitate the seamless integration of Albany epay into your infrastructure. g Once both parties are fully prepared, the installation will take place at your premises by a qualified engineer, who will complete testing and set you to live, followed by a training session for users and administrators. g The engineer, together with the customer, will then complete a sign-off report. Once installed, Albany epay requires little ongoing support and any incident will be dealt with quickly and efficiently by Albany's UK-based support department, with minimal disruption to your business. Albany Software s standard support and maintenance contracts include: g Help desk support, Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm (excluding Bank Holidays) g Monthly updates to the validation directory (EISCD) via automated web downloads g Registration to Albany's contingency service in case of need (except for commercial bureaux) Optional Service Level Agreements If you require additional support and peace of mind, you may wish to take advantage of Albany's Service Level Agreements.
