8 Development of "SCORDO" learning management system for SVYAZINVEST Project Brief SCorDO is a Learning Management System for the automation of learning processes to support the implementation of centralized IT Programs (CRM, ERP & Billing) in seven regional companies of one of the largest telecommunication groups in the world Svyazinvest, with the possibility of mass user training in the limited time frame, has large number of training courses (over 300).
