ELIGIILITY 7.1 Minimum Essential Educational Qualifications for.el. Ed. ET 2015: The minimum essential educational qualifications for ET is Senior Secondary School ertificate or Intermediate or 10+2 or its equivalent examination with at least 50% marks. andidates who are appearing in the 10+2 or its equivalent examination are provisionally admitted. However they have to produce original certificate of 10+2 or its equivalent examination at the time of counseling/screening. The candidates should satisfy his/her eligibility before appearing and shall be personally responsible in case he/she is not eligible to apply as per the given eligibility criteria. The eligibility of the candidates shall be finally verified at the time of counseling/screening. Note:- Only sitting in the ET for.el.ed. will not qualify a candidate to be eligible for admission in.el.ed., as eligibility is subject to the minimum qualification required for admission for.el.ed. 7.2 Relaxation: 7 P a g e The relaxation of 5% marks in minimum educational qualification is available to S/ST/O/PHH candidates. 7.3 ge Limit for.el. The following conditions will also be applicable to the candidates of Two Years.El. Ed. ourse/ session : 1. 90% attendance would be necessary in the.el. Ed. Training course in each academic year % pass marks in.el. Ed.annual Exams in each 1 st Year and 2 nd Year respectively and 55% marks in case of S/ST/O/PW candidates in order to ensure quality teacher training. 3. Merit and seniority will be on the basis of the marks secured in the.el.ed. pass course. 4. In case the trainees take leave on medical grounds/maternity purpose then the training will be extended by the duration of leave taken by the candidates. 5. uring the training, the candidates would not pursue any other Educational course/study either regular or through distance mode 9 P a g e 6. Since contractual appointment will be considered after passing of.el.ed. ourse and subject to permission to fill up vacancies, hence no bond will be executed to serve in the Education epartment. 7. fter the successful completion of.el.ed.course the candidates are eligible for employment against vacant post of.el.ed. 10 Note: There will be no job guarantee in the Govt. after completion of two year.el.ed.course in view of considerable decline in the enrolment in the Government Schools every year in the State. No Migration:- Since, the admission in two year.el.ed.course will be made on the basis of ET followed by the counseling by the H.P.oard of School Education haramsala in 12 Govt.IET s Institutions and 23 recognized Private Institutions thus no migration will allowed in favour of any candidates from one institution to another institution after admission neither in Govt. IET s nor in Private.El.Ed. The married daughters of Ex-servicemen are not covered under this subcategory. (2) She/he has participated at State National level or above in the 43 sports specified vide letter No.PER (P)--F(1)-3/2001, dated 2 nd ugust, 2008 issued by epartment of Personnel as amended upto date. ET 2015(Rev.Sub-ivision wise).el.ed. ommon Entrance Test shall be held at Sub-ivisional Headquarters and few identified places near the Sub ivisional Headquarters. The Sub-ivision ode of examination centre for ET shall be the parent Sub ivisional Headquarter of the candidate however; the oard reserves the right to allot any other centre keeping in view its administrative convenience. 14 11. PTTERN OF.El. Ed. ET 2015 There shall be one question paper in four different series having questions of objective type/ multiple-choice, carrying 100 questions of one mark each to be attempted within 120 minutes. There shall be no negative marking. candidate shall have to choose the correct answer and shade/darken against the appropriate choice in the OMR response sheet with blue/black ball point pen adhering to the instructions provided. s the answers will be given with blue/black ball point pen by darkening the appropriate circle, the candidates will have no option to change the answers, once given. Therefore, before darkening the circle, correct option/answer may be checked. MIT R The dmit ard shall be issued only to those candidates who have submitted their pplication Form complete in all respects within the stipulated time frame and who fulfils the minimum eligibility criteria laid down for the purpose. dmit ards can be ownloaded from the oard s website w.e.f The dmit ards shall not be dispatched through Post/Faxed or sent by . andidate must not temper with the dmit ard or alter any entry made therein after it has been authenticated by the oard. The dmit ard is not transferable to any other person. Impersonation is legally punishable/ cognizable offence. The dmit ard will contain name & roll number, photograph, signature of the candidate, address of the examination centre and test schedule. The dmit ard once received by the candidate should be carefully gone through and discrepancy, if any, should immediately be brought to the notice of the oard. No candidate will be allowed to enter in the Examination Hall without a valid dmit ard.

GENERL RULES & INSTRUTIONS. a) If a candidate fails to appear in the entrance test for any reason whatsoever, or if his/her application is rejected on any ground including his/her ineligibility to appear in the entrance test or any other reason, the fees submitted for examination will not be refunded. b) The result of test shall not ipso facto entitle a candidate to get admission in an institution where he/she intends to seek admission. c) pplication Forms without onfirmation page shall not be entertained under any circumstances. d) ny candidate who creates disturbance of any kind during examination or otherwise, misbehaves in or around the examination hall or refuses to obey the instructions of examination staff or changes his/her seat with any other candidate will be expelled from the examination. In exceptional cases, the matter may be handed over to the Police. e) ny candidate having in his/her possession or in access of papers/books or notes which may possibly be of any help to him/her or is found giving or receiving assistance or copying from any paper/book or note or allowing any other candidate to copy from his/her answer sheet or found writing on any other paper during examination or using or attempting to use any other unfair-means will be expelled from the examination. f) The decision of the entre Superintendent to expel a candidate from the examination shall be final and binding. g) If it is found at a later stage that a candidate has knowingly or willfully concealed any material information/fact which render him/her ineligible to sit in ET, his /her result of the test and also admission to an institution, if granted shall stand cancelled and he/she shall have no claim against the oard/institution concerned. h) ny attempt by the candidate to influence directly or indirectly will disqualify him/her from ET. i) s the answers will be given with blue/black ball point pen by darkening the appropriate circle, the candidates will have no option to change the answers, once given. 16 j) Mobile phones are not allowed inside the Examination Hall, not even in switch off position. k) Use of alculators, Watches with Facilities of alculator, Pagers and ellular Phones and other gadgets are strictly prohibited in the Examination Hall. andidates are also strictly forbidden from carrying any Textual Material printed or written, bits of paper, envelope or any other material into the Examination Hall except the dmit ard In accordance with Rules and Regulation of this oard, following instructions are applicable regarding differently abled candidates during the conduct of ET:- 1. The differently abled candidates, who are making use of scribe / amanuensis may be given compensatory time of 50 minutes in ET. ll the candidates with disability not availing the facility of scribe may also be allowed compensatory time of 50 minutes. 2. The facility of scribe/amanuensis may be allowed to any person who has disability of 40% or more, if so desired by the person. 3. The candidate may be permitted for opting of his/her own scribe/amanuensis or may be provided by the entre Superintendent on his/her request. Such candidates are advised to request the centre superintendent for amanuensis one day before the examination. 4. There will be no criteria for educational qualification, age etc. for the scribe/amanuensis. 5. Proper seating arrangement preferably at ground floor, should be made prior to the commencement of Examination to avoid confusion. 6. The time of distribution of the question papers, should be marked accurately and timely supply of question papers should be ensured. 7. There should also be flexibility in accommodating any change in scribe/reader/lab assistant in case of emergency. 15. OMR RESPONSE SHEET/NSWER KEY The nswer Key of ET will be displayed on the oard s website. The candidate can download the same from there. However, the candidates can seek a photocopy of their OMR Response Sheet of ET from the oard by paying Rs. 500/ RESULT OF OMMON ENTRNE TEST 16.1 nnouncement of Result: The.El. 17 16.2 Merit List (a) Merit list will be prepared based on the total marks secured in ET.
