As geophone is an essential accessory for effective functioning of exploration seismograph, it is desired to seek the unit wise price of 4.5 Hz and 10 Hz compatible Geophones along with connector. The technical compliance report duly vetted by the Principal by indicating the observation against each item in form of Compliance/Non-Compliance should be submitted along with the technical specification.(a copy of the format specifying compliance report is enclosed for ready reference in Annexure-I). Those who had already submitted their offer should submit the technical compliance report in Annexure-I and price bid as per the format given in Annexure-II. The Other terms and conditions mentioned in the earlier notification will remain unchanged. The offer should be sent to the office of the Head Department of Mining Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, an Institute of National Importance, invites sealed bids from reputed manufactures or their authorized Distributors/ Dealers, (foreign firms or their Indian Representative Company) who have adequate credential for supply/installation of Exploration Seismograph for the items as per the Annexure I and II for the Department of Mining Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India with five (05) years comprehensive onsite warranty for expansion. All these experimental units (standalone complete setups) are required for dedicated use in UG and PG laboratory courses. Interested Vendors are requested to send their sealed bids under a two cover system as per requirement mentioned in tender documents, along with the Technical Specifications & Compliance Certificate (as mentioned in Specification Annexure 1 2) and the quantity as specified in tender document.
