2 Who We Are A premium club for banking executives and their guests in Asia Pacific With a member base of 17,000, Asia Bankers Club offers events and physical assets investments such as properties, fine wines, art, timepieces and collectibles. To our business partners, we offer customized event services targeting bankers and high net-worth private clients/family offices in Asia Pacific.

3 The Founder Asia Bankers Club is founded by Kingston Lai. Prior to the founding of Asia Bankers Club, Kingston was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Hong Kong where he oversaw institutional sales & distribution to financial institutions in South East Asia. Kingston has been a seasoned investment banker for the past 12 years, has held similar roles at several other investment banks in London, Singapore, and most recently Hong Kong, building a comprehensive list of contacts along the way. Kingston graduated with First Class Honors in BSc. Accounting & Finance from London School of Economics (LSE).

8 January Past Campaign 1 Feng Shui Talk 2014 Asia Bankers Club has recently organized a Feng Shui talk in Jan 2014 which was sponsored by Sansiri and Shanghai Tang. The event attracted more than 500 guests and gave us the opportunity to promote 2 projects of Sansiri's in Phuket. Asia Bankers Club brought a Feng Shui master to Phuket to study 2 projects by Sansiri The Deck and Baan Mai Khao. These 2 projects were subsequently analyzed via case study during the feng shui talk.

9 2-4 August Past Campaign 2 Grand Prix at Sea 250 members & guests of Asia Bankers Club participated in a 3-day 2-night cruise in Singapore. The event was sponsored by Star Cruises and it gave our members the opportunity to learn about investing in F1 drivers. F1 industry veteran Ian Phillips and professional racer Dan Wells shared their knowledge and experiences with our guests.

10 14-16 June Past Campaign 3 Kuala Lumpur Property Trip Asia Bankers Club in partnership with SP Setia (Malaysia s largest property developer) organized a property tour in Kuala Lumpur. Lunch was served at SP Setia s sales gallery while our members were given a brief of SP Setia s latest projects, which include Setia V Residences in Penang and KL Eco City in Mid Valley.

11 23-24 November Past Campaign 4 Deck at Patong, Phuket by Sansiri Asia Bankers Club in partnership with Sansiri (Thailand s largest residential developer) launched a Phuket condominium project called The Deck in Hong Kong and Singapore. We coordinated a bulk purchase as well as proposed a coordinated bulk selling process. The campaign was highly successful and as most of the units sold by us were the larger 2-bedroom units, we dominated almost the entire allocated foreign quota for the project. This identified Asia Bankers Club as the largest selling agent for Sansiri in this project.

12 7-8 September Past Campaign 5 Wyne Sukhmumvit, Bangkok by Sansiri Asia Bankers Club in partnership with Sansiri successfully organized a 2-day event in Hong Kong: Bangkok Inside-Out in 30 Minutes. Our members and guests were given the opportunity to learn more about investing in Bangkok properties. They were also given an exclusive offer on units of Sansiri s premium development Wyne Sukhumvit. The event was a big success, resulting in a large number of sales to our members.

13 9 March Past Campaign 6 Mews, Kuala Lumpur by E&O Members and guests of Asia Bankers Club in Hong Kong were given first pick of units at The Mews, a KL freehold property 10 minutes walk away from KLCC Twin Towers. The event was an unqualified success, resulting in 16 sales of units specifically by Asia Bankers Club members.

14 6 April Past Campaign 7 Mews, Kuala Lumpur by E&O The Mews project was subsequently launched in Singapore for our members and guests. The event was a success, resulting in an additional 6 sales of units by our Singapore members.

15 18 May Past Campaign 8 Brunsfield Iskandar, Malaysia by BIW Launched the preview of Brunsfield Iskandar Waterfront in Singapore. Over the two days we had over 80 of our members attend to learn more about investing in Iskandar Malaysia. Our members had the privilege to get access to this development before the official launch to the public. A total of 12 units were reserved by our members, 3 of which are penthouses.

16 22 June Past Campaign 9 U-Thant, Kuala Lumpur by CapitaLand Partnering with CapitaLand, Asia Bankers Club presented KL residential project U-Thant to our members in Hong Kong. 80 members attended the 2-day event, resulting in 2 penthouses and 3 apartments sold.

17 4 May Past Campaign 10 Vertical Bangsar South, by UOA For the first time, Asia Bankers Club introduced investing in strata title commercial properties to our members. This event was held in Singapore and our members learnt more about investing in this unique asset class from our expert speakers.

18 14-16 June Past Campaign 11 Bangkok Property Trip Due to strong demand for Bangkok residential properties, Asia Bankers Club organized a Bangkok Property Buying Trip. Members from Hong Kong, China and Singapore flew in for our 3-day 2-night tour. They were shown developments by Sansiri and Raimon Land.

19 23 January Past Campaign 12 Battersea Powerstation, London by SP Setia Asia Bankers Club assisted Jones Lang LaSalle to market the Battersea Powerstation project in London. This is done through sponsoring a timepieces investment talk by Christie s in Hong Kong

20 26 January Past Campaign 13 Glass House Experience Fine wine tasting and food pairing for 60 VIP guests of Asia Bankers Club at Crown Wine Cellar, Hong Kong.

21 November Past Campaign 14 Wine Investment Talk Over 150 representatives from Family Offices, Hong Kong businessmen and private wealth managers attended this fine wine investment talk.

22 January Past Campaign 15 Indian Contemporary Art Exhibition Asia Bankers Club had the privilege of having Mr. Paresh Maity present his art work to at one of our events in Singapore. The work of renowned artist Mr. Paresh Maity has often been dubbed "the Indian Pablo Picasso". A total 90 members of Asia Bankers Club attended this art appreciation event.

23 15 May Past Campaign 16 Investing in Picasso A total of 140 members attended this 2-day event and they were given an exclusive preview on some of Picasso s most admired pieces. Our members were offered investment opportunity in these art pieces that generate in excess of 7.5% p.a. rental income.

24 16 January Past Campaign 17 An Art Affair Over 130 senior banking executives and private high net-worth clients for the Art Investment Talk in Hong Kong.

25 December Past Campaign 18 Art, Collectibles & Wine Introduced the concept of investing in Art, Collectibles and Fine Wine to our Singapore members. The event was attended by more than 100 guests.

26 4 May Past Campaign 19 McLaren Test Drive McLaren s 12C Spider unveils itself for the first time to Asia Bankers Club members to test-drive in Hong Kong. The model 12C Spider has won Grand Prixes across five continents, dominated the World Series, and has been driven by the world s top race car drivers. A cocktail session was held at McLaren's show room while our members take the car for a spin.

28 17 June Past Campaign 21 Investing in F1 Drivers Having put together an impressive F1 management team which includes industry veteran Ian Phillips and rising star driver Dan Wells, Asia Bankers Club presented an information session regarding investing in the career of an F1 driver. A total of 160 Asia Bankers Club members in Hong Kong attended this 3-day lifestyle private equity deal event valued at US$4.375M.

29 17 June Past Campaign 21 Investing in F1 Drivers Wells is inviting investors to buy 35 per cent of the shares in Dan Wells and Investors. The investors will then own 35 per cent of the driver and are entitled to 35 per cent of the revenue earned by him from his basic salary, bonuses and any income from personal marketing endorsements. Investors essentially get a cut on anything Wells earn. His chief financial officer, ex-banker Kingston Lai, explains: This is not a fund, but a private limited company. 30 10 December Past Campaign 22 Shanghai Tang Xmas Party 2013 Asia Bankers Club with our long term partner Shanghai Tang organized a Xmas party and networking event at their store in Two Pacific Place. A total of 230 members and guests of Asia Bankers Club attended the event. Our sponsor provided exclusive shopping privileges and discounts. 31 7 March Past Campaign 23 International Woman s Shanghai Tang Asia Bankers Club s celebration for International Women s Day had near to 300 of our members at the new stunning Shanghai Tang mansion.

32 5 February Past Campaign 24 Feng Shui Talk in HK 402 members and guests attended the Feng Shui Talk in Hong Kong. Feng Shui Master - Prof. Joe Choo gave us her predictions for the year of the snake.

33 29 January Past Campaign 25 Robertson Quay Feng Shui talk held at the show flat of Roberston Quay Singapore a project by City Developments Limited.

34 September Past Campaign 26 Ferragamo Exhibition Salvatore Ferragamo, the world-renowned Italian shoe maker, presented an exhibition on The Art of Shoemaking. The event was attended by senior bankers and local Hong Kong celebrities.
