1 Mother Catherine Academy Bingo Duties 1 st Bingo Schedule for You will receive 6 schedules for school year The year begins August 1st, 2015 and ends July 30th, Arrival time for all Bingo workers: 4:30PM This is a VERY important fundraiser for our school. We truly appreciate your help to make it a success. s: Floor workers will work in the foyer and check in bingo players. Check in Bingo players by running the cash register or giving out specials. Around 6:30PM one person will call back early bird games and pay the winners. Other workers will continue at the registers until 7:00PM. 7:00PM Two workers sell specials and call back bingos, one will pay the winners. Pull Tab Workers: Bring down pull tabs and other supplies from the Bingo closet upstairs. Count boxes into 20 Tabs and Rubber band. Two workers sell pull tabs at the table. Two workers sell pull tabs on the floor. When done selling pull tabs help call back bingos as well. Workers: Set up the kitchen, sodas, chips, ice, coffee, candy, cut cakes and pies. Cook hotdogs, hamburgers, French fries, pizza, and special of the day. Clean up kitchen after intermission (wash dishes, put all items away, and sweep floor). Bathroom (when blackout is being played) sweep floor, make sure paper towels and toilet paper are in the dispensers and empty the trash cans. All Workers: Please stay for cleanup All kitchen workers are asked to bring one case of water or a 12-pack of soda (Pepsi or Coke Products). All floor workers and pull tab workers are asked to bring a cake or pie (baked or store-bought). When you arrive at bingo it is your responsibility to sign the schedule. A binder with the sign-in sheets will be located in the kitchen. When bingo is over clean tables, empty trash, put tables and chairs away, sweep and mop the floor. ***Workers may be asked to help in an area they are not assigned to if we become extra busy or are short-handed. We will you if bingo is cancelled due to any inclement weather. If for any reason you cannot work bingo for an assigned date it is YOUR responsibility to find coverage for that evening. Please make the necessary arrangements. Thank you for your continuous support to Mother Catherine Academy.
