3 3rd Annual AmCham Business Day PANELISTS Friedrich Merz, attorney at law, is a Member of the Corporate Practice at Mayer Brown, LLP in Berlin and Chairman of the Atlantik Brücke e.v. He was a Member of the European Parliament from 1989 to 1994 and Member of the German Parliament (Deutscher Bundestag) from 1994 to Prof. Dr. Markus C. Kerber served as officer in the Federal Cartel Office. Prof. Dr. Kerber completed his doctorate in 1986 with his dissertation Corporate Divestiture under the German Act against Restraints of Competition (Die Unternehmensentflechtung nach dem GWB). Beginning in 1986, Prof. Dr. Kerber served as director for investment banks in Paris and London (Banque Indosuez and Bankers Trust). Since , he has served as attorney at law and consultant in Berlin, Paris, and London. In 2001, Prof. Dr. Kerber completed his post-doctorate in the fields of public finance and economic policy at the Berlin University of Technology, and upon completion, Prof. Dr. Kerber has been a professor in Berlin and Paris. Martin H. Richenhagen has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of AGCO Corporation since August 2006 and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since July Mr. Richenhagen is currently a member of the Board, Audit and Technology & Environment Committees for PPG Industries, Inc. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Richenhagen was Executive Vice President of Forbo International SA and from 1998 to 2002, he was Group President of Claas KGaA mbh and from 1995 to 1998 Senior Executive Vice President for Schindler Deutschland Holdings GmbH. Rüdiger Lentz is Executive Director of the US German American Heritage Foundation and Museum in Washington. From January 1999 until November 2009 he was the Washington Bureau Chief and Senior Diplomatic Correspondent for Deutsche Welle. Before joining Deutsche Welle, Lentz worked as a correspondent for the German news magazine Der Spiegel and as a TV commentator and reporter at ARD/WDR, Germany s largest public TV and radio station. Lentz has also held various positions including Editor in Chief at RIAS-TV Berlin. He is a founding member of the German-American Business Council in Washington and a Visiting Lecturer at the School of Foreign Service in Washington. 4 PANELISTS (CONTINUED) Jeffrey Rosensweig is the Director of the Global Perspectives Program at Goizueta Business School of Emory University. Previously, he served for six years as an Associate Dean. He is a frequent keynote speaker on topics related to global economic and financial trends and forecasts. In 2000, Professor Rosensweig was elected to the Council on Foreign Relations. Professor Rosensweig is often quoted in the national business press, including Forbes, Fortune, and Businessweek. He has appeared nationally on ABC World News Tonight and Good Morning America, the NBC Today Show, NBC National Nightly News, Nightline, Bloomberg TV, and he is a frequent economic commentator for CNN. He has published numerous papers and has written three books, including the critically-acclaimed Winning the Global Game: A Strategy for Linking People and Profits. Professor Rosensweig was recently selected by the Wall Street Journal as one of the 12 favorite professors in all Executive MBA Programs worldwide. Professor Rosensweig has also taught International finance at Yale s School of Management. Elected by the faculty in 1996, Professor Rosensweig served for 12 years as Chairman of Emory University s Center for Ethics. Peter Fischer has been Minister of the Economic Department of the German Embassy to the United States in Washington, DC since July Before coming to Washington he served with the German Foreign Service in Berlin, Tel Aviv, London, Shanghai, Singapore, Paris, Bonn. From 1991 through 1993 he served in the Office of the Federal President of the Federal Public of Germany in the Foreign Policy Department. He obtained a Master s Degree in History and Political Science from the Free University in Berlin. He studied at the Science Po in Paris and obtained a Master in Government, Georgetown University, USA (Fulbright Scholarship) after he finished High School in Berlin (John F. Kennedy School). Katja Ridderbusch is an Atlanta based journalist and media consultant. As a senior foreign correspondent she reports for leading German news media, including daily nationals Die Welt and Handelsblatt, the news website Spiegel Online, as well as German National Public Radio Deutschlandfunk. As a media consultant, she has worked with UPS, KPMG, the German Marshall Fund of the U.S., the Goethe Institut and the British Council. She is the recipient of the distinguished Arthur F. Burns Fellowship for Journalists and serves in the Advisory Council to the Department of German Studies at Emory University in Atlanta.

6 DRIVING DIRECTIONS * Driving Directions to Goizuetta Business School 1300 Clifton Road Atlanta, Georgia (404) From south of campus/ Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport The airport is located in the southwest section of the city, approximately 25 minutes from the Emory University campus. Visitors driving from the airport should take I 85 North. To get to Emory from Interstate 85 North, take exit 248 C, the Freedom Parkway exit. Cross Boulevard; continue on Freedom Parkway; veer left at split; continue until it ends at Ponce de Leon Avenue; then turn right. Off Ponce, turn left on Briarcliff Road. Go approximately 2 miles to North Decatur Road. Turn right and follow North Decatur Road past the main entrance of the University to Clifton Road. Turn left onto Clifton Road and the Goizueta Business School will be on your left at 1300 Clifton Road NE. For parking, turn left on Fishburne Drive. Follow this road thru the 3 way stop sign until it dead ends. Turn left and the Fishburne parking deck will be on your right. The Business School courtyard entrance is up the hill on the right. Alternative parking available at Oxford Road Parking Deck, 1390 Oxford Road, Atlanta, GA From North Decatur Road, turn right onto Dowman Drive and drive through the main University gate. Once you have entered, continue on Dowman Drive until you reach the roundabout. Enter the roundabout and take the third exit into the Oxford Road Building driveway. * From north of campus/ I 85 Exit at Clairmont Road (Exit #91). Turn east on Clairmont Road and follow it approximately 3 miles to North Decatur Road. Turn right and follow North Decatur Road approximately one mile to Clifton Road.
