Researches method is survey. The population of the study consisted of all member of the faculty of Tehran university physical education courses in sports biomechanics, exercise physiology, sport management and that their total number is 127. Using Rahimzadeh questionnaire for job skills (α=0.84). For data analysis, statistical model analysis of ANOVA model and SPSS 19 software was used (α=0.05). The results showed clear differences between the means significant job skills and areas of research, teaching, theoretical training, communication skills in three areas of group exercise physiology and sports biomechanics, sports management, and masters of management degree have better skills in their job than the other masters. But the results showed no significant differences between mean job skills (areas of Teaching Science Education) in the three groups, sports biomechanics, exercise physiology and sports management there and the teachers all strings to a level of professional skills in the field of educational courses are taught. Key Word: job skills, Physical Education, PE different variations Introduction Higher Education is one of the important infrastructures in each country's progress. One of the pillars of this system is faculty that causing a performance orientation to science teaching. Employment of faculty in higher education requires action in three areas of teaching, research and service. To reach a better result, how to combine work and spend in line with the three areas, which are selected by faculty and adoption, is very important (Austin and Gamson, 1983). On the one hand, lack of time pressure to complete learning tasks (Bellas and Toutkoushian, 1999) from the other side of the massive pressure from competing groups such as managers, colleagues, outside agencies and university students and emerging requirements for university faculty and professors buildup (Baron, 2000). Under these conditions, based on social cognitive theory (Bandura, 2004) university teachers to achieve a desirable level of job performance, compared to the performance of their duties must have a strong belief that ratio to find skills. Skill makes faculty members who are on their way as a teacher, researcher, University Valhi see, while they believe they can complete their tasks in this area. In other words, the university community and interaction with other units is constant (Abdolvahabi, 2010 ). Hence the quality of development has a direct impact on the development of society and its goals primarily one of the principles of university centers is Faculty. Teachers have learned valuable exalted status because they have undeniable role in the training of educators and community culture. Recently attention in the Ministry of Science and Technology is Faculty of job skills in various areas of the organization and implementation that the Research and Planning Higher Education in state is responsible for its matching. Available statistics show that in 2001, only in the context of research, teaching and computer skill in university stops 90 Ministry of Science, Research and Technology has conducted and supervised by the Institute (Mirmoeini, 2002). 213
2 No doubt, these skills will be more effective when based on careful planning and by providing appropriate content for each course are provided. Effectiveness of job skills-based course with an emphasis on the ability of faculty members be analyzed and with knowledge of Strengths and weaknesses and skills to enhance the teaching and research faculty to be exploited. Acquire the skills they need to work, depending on the interests; abilities and resources are talent and career goals. But despite the conditions and nature of jobs and types of jobs, job skills also vary. Skills that will be useful for future career advancement is vital. According to the study, which will evaluate the faculty job skills, job skills, this stratum of society today is too much attention to job skills related to theoretical courses practical the skills, communication skills and associated Research is focused. One of the major infrastructure improvements in each country is Higher education system.one of the major infrastructure improvements in each country is Higher education system that the training performance be done by them. Faculty jobs depending on activities in the three areas of teaching, research and service. To reach a better result, how to mix and energy spheres in order to work, a choice that was made by the faculty is of utmost importance (Austin and Gamson, 1983). Numerous psychological studies said job skills (Judge et al., 2007) are an important factor in career success and while reducing the incidence of work-related stress (Nikolaou and Tsaousis, 2002) Job burnout (chan, 2006), cause job satisfaction (Platsidou and Agaliotis, 2008) and life satisfaction (Palmer et al., 2002). Although most research in the field of educational psychology is done annually, but very little research attention in the field of higher education is seen. In the field of higher education, there is very little research that discuss about examines the occupational skills and faculty. On the other hand, studies was about the relationship between these variables with other variables, and the number of them limited to high school teachers and community organizations foreign language training, while in the results of the research also significant incoherence to be seen. Abdolvahabi (2010) in his research that paid to examines the physical education teacher's job skills: theoretical and practical job skills are better than the job skills in the areas of research professors. Sajjadi (2010) in his research expressed by teachers that the teacher's requirement in the field of occupational skills and communication skills are more than average. Fatthy Eelsaid (2010) in his research, there are many different ways to develop job skills that according on them we can improve professor's jobs skills. Penrose et al, (2007) discuss about the relationship between age, gender and teacgin experience with English teachers job skills. Harris (2007) in line with scientific qualifications of the Medical Faculty. Therearefour areas were considered as occupational competencies. Some countries now realize the importance of having the skills to be absorbed by the labor market; in the field of occupational classes are held and significant funds to this account. For example, in Ireland Irish citizens, improvement in job skills is important particularly for young people as far as the fans at three levels: basic, advanced apprenticeships and training courses to improve job skills they are taught. The purpose of this training is to increase youth employment in the labor market and make arrangements for their activity in the labor market. They take classes to learn basic skills. However, in Iran a large number of college graduates, diploma or collected will be added to those who are looking for work each year. But most of them do not have the skills to start a career. Often they have a degree but have not learned the skills needed for the job. Skill helps to concentrate and make decisions in life. For this purpose, an individual directs and motivates them to achieve what it wants. Job skills for a particular job can be a teacher or staff member, or a particular field, such as education or transportation that the person loves to work in it. Career goal helps discover talents and skills are being learned. In every job that is selected, there are several possibilities. Job skill is responsible for guide the person to reach to what he wants. Job skills of communication skills, including public speaking skills, verbal communication skills, telephone skills, writing skills, communication skills, are very important because they can lead to progress and succeed in the job and be interpersonal communication (Rahimzadeh, 2013). Communication skills are a very broad topic. But you have to start somewhere, so communication skills are promoted. Hence, to address job skills, especially among faculty members is very important and can be useful in teaching, research, and communication with the students will work.in present Research also the effect of job skills of master's degree in physical education has been done. Given the above, the researcher believes it is necessary to develop information in the context of the physical education teachers to do research. In the comparative study, job skills and physical education faculty member of Mazandaran province university's (in the field of sports biomechanics, exercise physiology and sports management) is addressed. Materials and Methods Since the present study was to evaluate and compare the job skills of faculty in physical education departments of colleges and university's in Mazandaran province (in the field of sports biomechanics, exercise physiology and sports management) will be paid to any of the variables aren't manipulated and only the variables has been evaluated, hence, the present study design is descriptive of the type of survey. The population 214
3 of the entire faculty of the Mazandaran province university's in the field of sports biomechanics, exercise physiology and sports management that make up the total is 127.Therefore, sampling was not performed and complied with all or some of the assumptions census research, were considered by the entire community of 127 people, 122 people responded to the questionnaires. Measurement tool in this study is a questionnaire that has 83 words, and to evaluate the skill of the faculty of physical education teachers in four areas of theoretical teaching, research, teaching, practical courses and communication skills in the process of study built. Using Rahimzadeh (2013) questionnaire for job skills (α=0.84). To make the questionnaire, questionnaire and skill in relation to articles that were published by university teachers as well as teachers, were collected after summing expressions and dimensions of the questionnaire, teachers interviews with Physical specify the dimensions in terms experts Physical education teachers should have the skill to be considered for the questionnaire was carried out. Answer this question using a five-point Likert continuum with the ocean so agree, agree, no opinion, disagree and highly disagree with the grading. The four subscales of theoretical teaching skills, research skills, teaching practical courses and communication skills in teaching practical courses for the questionnaire were considered. Validity in the present arises after the questionnaires were developed, it has seen by 10 professors and specialists in the area, after their verifying the validity and content validity of questionnaire were assessed. Therefore, in order to compare job skills in mentioned groups (sports biomechanics, exercise physiology and sport management), data analysis, statistical model analysis of ANOVA model and SPSS19 software was used (α=0.05). Results With emphasis on table (1) and with an emphasis on the obtained values of F amount we can say there are significantly different at α=0.01 in area of all skill between these three groups: sports biomechanics, exercise physiology and sports management. Thus, with reference to the mean of the samples, we can say that the director's job skills are higher than the other persons in the area of courses. Table1: The ANOVA for comparison, with emphasis on three groups (sports biomechanics, exercise physiology and sports management) courses Presence record Mean F sig teaching biomechanics 62.33±19.78 theoretical physiology 58.62± research skills teaching practical communication skills management 78.12±13.83 biomechanics 42.17±14.23 physiology 56.82±17.47 management 58.32±11.03 biomechanics 59.53±11.14 physiology 58.23±8.63 management 64.86±13.72 biomechanics 45.43±10.22 physiology 53.12±8.32 management 65.72± Table 2: The ANOVA for comparison job skills, with emphasis on three groups Presence record Mean F sig sports biomechanics 62.33±19.78 exercise physiology 58.62± sports management 78.12±13.83 Table 3: The hoc test with comparing courses in this three groups Presence record sports biomechanics exercise physiology sports management sports biomechanics exercise physiology sports management
4 According to the table with emphasis on the significant differences between the values obtained in α=0.05 in all areas of the sample mean of Sports Biomechanics with sports management and Sport Physiology with sport management are observed. Thus, with reference to the average of the samples, we can say that the manager's job skills are higher than the other persons. With emphasis on above table and with an emphasis on the obtained values of amount we can say there are significantly different at α=0.01 in area of job skills between these three groups: sports biomechanics, exercise physiology and sports management. 216 Discussion and Conclusion Today, educational systems have become increasingly important in all countries and its one of the basic values in all countries. So everyone sees it as a huge investment and to increase the quality and quantity of work to promote good actions testified. Therefore, always, educational planners do the efforts in the field of Educational Administration and Human Resource Development (Sajjadi, 2010). Job skills have special place in the education system, particularly in the fields of educational psychology and curriculum. Job skills are effort in display of maximum capabilities, interpersonal skills, dealing with failures in the areas of education and employment, benefit from the dynamics and the strength and perseverance to achieve indifferent area of the life (Shirazi, 2004). It is noteworthy that job skills in various career fields are not unrelated.in cases where teachers have low job skills, they do not take much effort to gain knowledge (Rahimzade, 2013). So we tried to increase job skills in higher educational and use proper application procedures to deal with it. The most important functional areas to enhance job skills are teaching skills, research and communication skills of faculty. Therefore, in this study an attempt has been made to the comparative study of job skills and physical education faculty members in the field of sports biomechanics, exercise physiology and sports management) is addressed in this context, selecting a sample of Mazandaran Universities students and Mazandaran Universities faculty members in the fields of physical education, job skills of teachers in the field of sports biomechanics, exercise physiology and sport management has been attempted. Using ANOVA models to test the research questions and apply its findings, with an emphasis on research questions, as follows. Results showed significant differences in the level of α=0.01 in the average occupational skills and areas of research, teaching, theoretical training, communication skills in this three group: sports-biomechanics, exercise physiology and sports management masters have higher job skills than teachers in other disciplines. But the results showed that there isn't any significant differences between the means of job skills (domain Teaching Practical Training) in three sports biomechanics, exercise physiology and sports management, and masters of all disciplines have a same job skills training in the areas of practical teaching courses. The results of this research are coordinated and aligned to the (Rajabi and et al., 2004; Gencerv and Cakiroglu, 2007; Penrose et al., 2007; Harris, 2007; Fatthy Elsaid, 2010; Abdolvahabi, 2009; Yenice, 2009; Sajjadi, 2010; Rahimzade, 2013). According to result of this research the abilities to problem solving, flexibility, empathy and adequacy of job will make the job more efficiently. Also the Ability of problem solving, emotional awareness and accountability increases the teaching dimension of job skill.
