The subject lands are zoned C5, Community Commercial, and subject to the provisions of Exception 9(1392) under By-law 1-88 as amended. To permit a retail use within the future commercial development intended for the lands subject to this application. Retail Store - A retail store only on this property may also display, store and sell goods and merchandise in a warehouse format and may sell goods, merchandise and services directly to the public or on a membership basis. Retail Store- Means a building or part of a building where goods, wares, merchandise, substances, articles or things are offered or kept for sale directly to the public at retail and includes a convenience retail store, but does not include a supermarket or an automotive retail store.
