Part of Lot 6, Concession 9 (Parts 17-19, 21 & 26, of Reference Plan 65R also, Blocks 3 & 32, of Registered Plan 65M-3992; municipally known as 251 New Enterprise Way including the NE Corner of Hwy 7 & New Huntington Road, Woodbridge). The subject lands are zoned C5, Community Commercial, and subject to the provisions of Exception 9(1392) under By-law 1-88 as amended. To permit a retail use within the future commercial development intended for the lands subject to this application. Retail Store - A retail store only on this property may also display, store and sell goods and merchandise in a warehouse format and may sell goods, merchandise and services directly to the public or on a membership basis. Retail Store- Means a building or part of a building where goods, wares, merchandise, substances, articles or things are offered or kept for sale directly to the public at retail and includes a convenience retail store, but does not include a supermarket or an automotive retail store. Other Planning Act Applications The land which is the subject in this application was also the subject of another application under the Planning Act: ZONNG AMENDMENT APPLCATON: Z APPROVED - rezoning application for majority of site from agricultural to C5 - Z APPROVED- rezoning application for remainder of site from 81 to C5. A sketch is attached illustrating the request.
