1 Paula Boyer Fiscal/MIS Specialist, Camilla, Southwest Georgia Workforce 44 Paula recently joined Southwest Georgia Workforce 44 in September She has combined 20 years of customer service and finance office operations experience; utilizing the current policies and procedures for payroll processing. She maintains monthly ledgers for Fiscal purposes along with knowledge of the Georgia Workforce System for correct processing of Grant Funds. She has a degree in Computer Applications. She currently resides in Decatur County with her husband. Kimberly Clark Kimberly graduated from the University of Georgia with double majors in Biology and Sociology. Kimberly has over 8 years experience in case management and the social services field. She has worked in the areas of family support, criminal justice and rehabilitation, aging/long-term care support, SSI/disability, and mental/behavioral health- specializing in social and employment assistance for those with developmental disabilities. Kimberly joined Southwest GA Workforce 44 in October 2013 as a Case Manager. Kimberly s ultimate goal is to promote student success and lifelong learning through Workforce partnerships with educational institutions, vocational training programs, employers, and supportive service providers. Gerlissa Edmonds Program Assistant, Camilla, Southwest Georgia Workforce 44 Gerlissa has over three years experience working with the Workforce Investment Board. She graduated from one of our youth providers, Millennium Second Chance Educational Center, where she obtained her high school diploma online. Gerlissa resides in Mitchell County with her husband and two kids.

2 Jennifer Howard Jennifer graduated from Albany State University with a B.A. in Psychology and from Walden University with a Master s Degree in Psychology with specialization in Leadership Development & Coaching as well as a Master s Degree in Nonprofit Management. Jennifer has over 6 years experience in case management in the areas of mental health, SSI & disability, high fidelity wraparound with children and adolescents as well as social work with adult and child protective services. Jennifer joined Southwest GA Workforce 44 in April 2013 as a Case Manager assisting others in realizing their potential to succeed within today s workforce. Virginia Jackson Case Manager/Job Developer, Thomasville, Southwest Georgia Workforce 44 Virginia Jackson has over five years experience in customer service and six months in sales. Experience includes one year with Direct TV, eight months with Hamilton Relay TTY Communications, and three years with Southwest Georgia Non-Emergency Transportation; with one of the three years as a Quality Assurance Technician. Virginia joined the SWGA Workforce 44 in January 2011, as a Data Clerk Entry in the Finance Department where she used her skills acquired during her tenure at Southwest Georgia Tech. She is now currently working as a Program Assistant. Virginia is a Member of Southeastern Employment and Training Association (SETA). Credentials include: a Certificate in General Office Assistant from Southwest Georgia Technical College and studies in Business Office Technology, and a Certificate in Customer Service Representative from Albany Technical College. Virginia lives in Camilla with her husband and they have two children Juana Jones Juana Jones currently resides in Albany, Georgia. Ms. Jones previously worked for City of Albany with the Community and Economic Development Department as a Supervisor in the Finance Department for 10 years. She also worked with Southwest Georgia Regional Development Center in Camilla, GA for 6 years as an Accountant. Currently Ms. Jones is a Case Manager with Southwest Georgia Workforce 44. Juana Jones received her BS in Business Management from Albany State University in Albany, GA and received her MBA from Troy University s Graduate School in Birmingham, Alabama. Ms. Jones is married with two children.

3 Rhonda Lockhart Eligibility Specialist, Camilla, Southwest Georgia Workforce 44 Rhonda has over 12 years of experience with JTPA/WIA here in Southwest Georgia. She served as a Job Retention Specialist in the Welfare to Work program under JTPA and moved on to become an Assessment Specialist/Case Manager. She completed Career Development Facilitator training through Kennesaw State University in December 2000 and has received numerous awards for her dedication in providing services to the citizens of our 14 counties through the SWGA WIA. Rhonda came to JTPA/WIA with an extensive background in property management and was a Certified Occupancy Specialist under the National Center for Housing Management. Rhonda is a member of Southeastern Employment and Training Association (SETA) and enjoys volunteering with various non-profit organizations in her community. Rickela Reynolds Receptionist, Camilla, Southwest Georgia Workforce 44 Born and raised here in Southwest Georgia, Rickela is a 2005 graduate of Thomas County Central High School where she received her high school diploma. With her passionate interest in art, film, and music, she is a 2009 graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Media Arts and Animation, and plans to further her education and career. Rickela s been with Workforce 44 since January 2011 and started as a Case Manager Assistant. In April 2011, she was hired as a receptionist where she is proud to say she has gained much experience in communication and people skills and knows it will benefit her on the road to success. Rickela is a member of Southeastern Employment and Training Association (SETA). Patricia Shepard Case Manager Lead, Bainbridge, Southwest Georgia Workforce 44 Patricia has 21 years experience with the Job Training Program and Workforce Investment. She has been an active member of the Southeastern Employment and Training Association (SETA), area Employer Committees, SOWEGA 4-Works, as well as other Community Services. Credentials include Global Career Development Facilitator and numerous other work related training and certificates.

Singfield Program Assistant, Albany, Southwest Georgia Workforce 44 [Biography will be available soon] Misty Smith Case Manager, Thomasville, Southwest Georgia Workforce 44 Misty Smith has over 8 years experience in case management and over 10 years in customer service. She worked as a Victim s Advocate for the District Attorney s Office in the Southwest Georgia Judicial Circuit before moving to Tennessee to work for the State of TN Child Support Services. She is a member of Decatur County Citizens Against Domestic Violence and Child Fatality Review Board. Misty currently resides in Bainbridge, Georgia and was born and raised in Southwest GA. She lives here with her husband and two daughters. Alfonso Swain Job Developer, Thomasville, Southwest Georgia Workforce 44 Alfonso has over seven years of experience in the mental health and social service field and four years in engineering with the City of Thomasville. He has an extensive background in landscaping and lawn maintenance. He was employed by Southwestern State Hospital as a Client Support Specialist and Case Manager. He is an alumnus of Darton College in Albany Georgia; majoring in Social Science. He has certifications in Psychiatric Care, Crisis Management, and Group Theory and Dynamics.

5 Shavonne Threatts Case Manager, Camilla, Southwest Georgia Workforce 44 Shavonne has been employed as a case manager for four months with SWGA WIB, has 3 years of experience with SWGA NET(Non- Emergency Transportation) in customer service and quality assurance, and over 11 years and counting experience with finance, data entry, and bookkeeping at the Walker Street Church of God in Christ; where she attends church. She is currently living in Baker County with her husband and 3 children.
