For other young people the lack of structure and boredom can lead to the development of negative patterns of behaviour and move them away from their goals and aspirations. ss stre offending unsafe risk taking Violence going missing substance misuse For professionals this is frustrating because the hard work and investment to improve relationships, attendance, attainment and behaviour can be undone by the end of July. Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) experts; including staff qualified to deliver substance misuse, sex and relationship education and other health interventions. Creative arts experts (urban drama and graffiti artists, fine artists, graphic designers, DJs, musicians and music producers, clothing designers, creative writers). Youth workers (qualified, part-time, sessional youth workers).
