Auditors can perform the full text search and see OCR text of each recorded job. Job settings. Specify types of jobs to be recorded by any combination of copy, print, send fax, receive fax, and scan/ send in three different time periods for any device(s). Support of division management. The Administrator can set the system setting of the corresponding sites only, using System Manager. Different monitoring settings can be set for different groups of devices and monitored key words.
