1 SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS PLEASE CONSIDER PRIOR TO PAYMENT Australian customers only. The National Solar Safety Check (Service) involves an onsite visit and report by an Accredited Master Electricians Association ACN member (MEA), who is Clean Energy Council Accredited (CEC) and considered to be appropriately licensed. Details of the MEA member will be supplied via or telephone, once a service request has been booked and paid for. The Purpose of the visit is to assess the Solar Systems Safety, record its items, identify items that may have require replacement and make recommendations depending on the experts (MEA) findings at the inspection. Should Solar-Safe or Master Electricians Australia not be able to arrange a suitable person to accept the request for the visit with 3 working days, Solar-Safe will advise you and offer a full refund. DELIVERY We will take up to 3 working Days from time of successful payment, to arrange the service booking. The date of delivery of the inspection is to occur within 1 week from the time the MEA Member has accepted the inspection (no more than the 3 working days and the 1 week time frame allocated). You may mutually extend that time with the MEA Member directly or we can assist with coordinating you preferred inspection time. Should a suitable time not be found within your expectations, and the MEA member hasn t been dispatched, contact to terminate the inspection. The offer price of $198inc GST is for locations within 50km of Australian Postcodes 2000, 2600, 3000, 4000, 5000, Suitably qualified Master Electricians are all over Australia. Where possible, no travel fees will be applied if you are located within the normal service range of the MEA member who accepts the service inspection. Travel fees may be charged if your location is outside of the member s normal area or for the sake of clarity, more than 30Km from the MEA members registered location. The offer price is for single story roof only and of an OH&S safe height and pitch. Relevant Australian Laws apply to the sites safety and access, should it not be safe to work or inspect on your site, and you will be required to make it safe for the inspection to be carried out. Registering Registering involves providing your name, contact details, shipping address (which is your site address for the inspection) when you make a booking. Once you have placed the order you will be provided a username and login password to check the order. The information you provide is kept on our secure database so you can track the progress of your order. It also means you only need to enter your details once, saving yourself considerable time in the future. Depending on your browser, the SSL certificate installed will provide 128/256 bit SSL encryption. What information do we collect and how do we use it? When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, , phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. Payment Gateway Info Our payment options presently available are limited but, most importantly, safe and secure. We offer Credit Card payments for general users and customers. Credit Card payments are made directly through a 128 /256 bit SSL Encryption software to ensure your personal details are kept safe. None of your payment details are stored this ensures you will be happy with the security of your transaction. Using the Shopping Basket Adding items to your Shopping Basket If you want to purchase an item, simply click the Add or Add to Basket button to put it in your shopping basket. If you want to add more than one of something press the Add button repeatedly or, when you are on the individual product page, there is a box beside the Add to Basket button where you can adjust before you press the Add button. Viewing what s in your Shopping Basket If, at any time you wish to see what is in your shopping basket, you can click on add to basket or log in to your member area for a summary of what s in your basket or you can click on the button to be taken directly to it for a proper inspection. Changing what s in your Shopping Basket You can remove items simply by clicking the Red Cross to the left of the product picture and quantity column. You can also adjust quantities by entering in the details and clicking the update quantities button found at the base of the quantity column.

4 Going Through Checkout Order When you are ready to make your purchase, go to the shopping basket (click the proceed to Checkout button), scroll down to the bottom of your list of items and click Continue. Payment The next screen is where you select how you would like to pay for your order and add any comments or requests. e.g. provide special instructions. More information about payment options. Clicking continue will either take you to a screen that shows your order along with all the appropriate details you need in order to pay via the method you selected, process your credit card transaction securely over the internet. 5 Returns (Australian Customers Only) Change of Mind At Solar-Safe we are very concerned that you are happy with your order when it is completed. However, once a qualified MEA electrician has been dispatched to your site, refunds are not permitted. Should we not be able to book your service within the 3 working day processing period, Solar Safe will refund in full the monies paid. In all cases please contact us at any stage on Damaged Goods We currently do not supply physical goods, just a technician labour service by means of an inspection.
