Closing Date for completed applications: Friday 14 th August 2015 Contract: 40 hours/per week Essential Criteria Be flexible regards working hours, including day and evening hours. Weekend hours are essential. Additional hours may be required to meet operational needs during peak trading times Previous experience in a retail managerial role, maintaining standards and customer service levels in a busy high footfall environment is essential Have a strong background in people management, exceptional communication and organisational skills Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven with a customer focused attitude Job Duties and Responsibilities General housekeeping requirements, ensuring the store is immaculate at all times Promoting company values to the team and leading by example Cash handling: reconcile daily sales and be responsible for day end procedures Key holder duties Maintain appropriate inventory levels and stock control Ensure all store procedures up-to-date, active and implemented correctly Responsible for store turnover and achieving store daily and weekly targets Communicate effectively with the General Manager and the sales team

2 Maintain a healthy and safe working environment for customers and staff ensuring the store is compliant with all health and safety regulations and company policies Create and maintain a customer focused environment geared to achieving sales and profit goals Generate sales through the sales team by delegating duties, coaching and motivating Responsible for inspiring the sales team to sell and achieve store targets, reviewing sales performance and implementing sales incentives Perform outstanding customer service and recognise areas of opportunity for growth Analyse and review target achievement and suggest strategies to improve performance Must demonstrate that they can deal with staff and performance issues quickly and effectively and identify and act upon staff development and training needs Ensure product knowledge at all times and ensure staff are up-to-date with detailed product knowledge, new collections and promotions Provide excellent customer service on the shop floor, ensuring all the sales team provide exemplary service and manage customer complaints/issues in a confident, discreet and professional manner Team management: including staff rota management, brand ambassador management, team development and training in accordance with company policies and procedures Control Visual Merchandising, ensuring all VM guidelines are adhered to for each brand and ensure the store is merchandised to the highest standard at all times
