Images are now uploaded immediately to the server and no longer when the content developer saves the lesson. When uploading an MP3 or MP4 file, the system encodes the file to optimize resolution for Apple ipad, Google Chrome, Android platforms, and so on. Administration and Course settings are now available to publish an entire course to SCORM 2004 format. External single sign-on administration settings available to configure a single sign-on between Create and another application. The system notifies users when it s offline. 4 Cleaning Up Unused Data from the Browser File System The system automatically removes the least recently used resources files when the browser file system is full. During the cleanup process, the progress bar is displayed. Figure 1: Browser File System Cleanup Progress Immediate Image Asset Uploading When uploading an image, the system now automatically uploads the asset to the server immediately. In previous versions, the system only uploaded an image when the lesson was saved. During the uploading process, the progress bar is displayed. 5 Encoding MP3 and MP4 Files When uploading an MP3 or MP4 file, the system encodes the file to optimize resolution for Apple ipad, Google Chrome, Android platforms, and so on. During the encoding process, the progress bar is displayed. The content developer can click Cancel to end the encoding process. 6 Publish Course to SCORM Zip File When the Enable publishing course as SCORM zip file setting is enabled on the Account Administration Settings tab, the content developer can publish the entire course in SCORM 2004 format. The SCORM package is created and contains a single instance of the course, all its lessons, the customization pack, standards, and so on. 7 Single Sign-On Configuration Account Administration The External Single Sign-On setting, located on the Account Administration Settings tab lets the account administrator to create a single sign-on link between Create and another application by entering the related Client ID and Secret Key values by using the OAuth2 algorithm. Figure 7: External Single Sign-On Parameters Offline Notification When Create is offline the Network Problem message appears. Figure 8: Network Problem Notification This feature is to notify editors that the system is offline as to make more informed decisions about the course development work plan. Release Content Locks The system automatically releases all locks related to a particular user when he or she closes the browser or signs off.
