2 Laboratory Experience: I work in thimoty lab in division of rheumatology and immunology in Pittsburg University.I had the following experience:gel diffusion method, electrophoresis, cloning, bacterial transformation, restriction enzyme digestion, DNA sequencing, polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Research organization established: I had the following achievement: In 1998 I set up research clinic for patients with systemic sclerosis, in firozgar hospital for study of clinical presentation, lab findings,outcome in Iranian patients. Research: 1. Systemic Sclerosis sine Scleroderma.( Demographic,clinical,serologic features and survival in 48 patients. 2.Long term outcome and predictive factors of organ involvement in systemic sclerosis 3. Assesment of severity index in 40 patients with systemic sclerosis 4. Association and likelihood ratio of HLA-B5 Antigen Iranian Behcet s disease. 5.Demographic,clinical feaaturess and response to treatment in 54 patients with Behcet s disease 6. Comparison the effect of Methotrexate and Azathioprine in rheumatoid arthritis, double blind study in 45 patients. 7. Cross cultural reliability and validity of Coop-chart questionnaire in Rheumatoid arthritis. persion version. 8.
