Builders from across the province competed for the prestigious Ralph Scurfield Builder of the Year award along with 16 housing awards. This year has been a roller coaster year for the housing industry with many ups and downs. The industry has returned to normal conditions and Alberta has remained strong throughout it all. Our builders and renovators have led the way in this economy providing an array of fresh and imaginative designs to please a wide variety of consumers. There was tight competition in many categories and we are excited to recognize and reveal winners of 2010 Alberta Awards of Excellence in Housing.
