All our platform are easy to use and maintain, and fitted with all kinds of safety measures, so that they can be operated safely any time and anywhere. 2 JBL The JBL trolley of Metazet/FormFlex is a simple, electric crop care trolley, which means you won t have to use expensive hydraulic scissor lifts to look after your crop. You won t have to move up and down while doing this kind of work. The clever design ensures maximum stability and can be height adjusted in seconds. Your staff will enjoy using this product. Safe and tailor-made When you are working at height, safety is your first priority. The JBL trolley has CE marking. The controls can be moved, so that it can be easily and safely operated from each position. The JBL trolley is ideal for every nursery. As each series is assembled by order, the trolley is suitable for all normal heating tube diameters and track widths of the tube rail. Operation You can simply increase the height of your JBL trolley as your crop grows. Its very low step at only 45 cm above ground level will enable you to use the trolley from the very start of the growing season. The work platform can be set at a height from 60 cm to 300 cm. The trolley has variable speed from 0 to 3.2 km per hour. The working platform can easily be adjusted by simply inserting a loose step into the structure. Unused steps can be stored in cleverly designed storage compartments inside the frame. When you don t use the trolley for a long period of time, all parts can be dismantled. This will save you a lot of space during storage or transport. Options The JBL trolley comes standard with two central wheels. An adjustable, swivelling nose wheel is optional. We can also fit your JBL trolley with a tilt alarm, which will warn you when the maximum tilt is exceeded. You can also choose between various types of battery.

3 M-Basic XL For companies without a tube rail system, Metazet/FormFlex has also developed a trolley that enables you to work at height: the M-Basic XL. This electric crop care trolley has many similarities with the JBL trolley, but because of its rubber tyres it can be used for many purposes. This platform cart provides an excellent, reliable solution - not only as a crop care trolley, but also, for instance, for maintenance and work in the processing hall. Safety and use When you are working at height, safety is your first priority. The M-Basic XL also has CE marking. The controls can be moved, so that it can be easily and safely operated from each position. Because of its modest width of only 54 cm, it will fit in almost any aisle in each hall. Its very low step at only 46 cm means that the M-Basic XL can be used comfortably by everyone. The work platform can be set at a height from 593 cm to 1605 cm. The M-Basic XL has a turntable, which makes it very easy to manoeuvre. Its special, broad tyres ensure high levels of traction and stability. The working platform can easily be adjusted by simply inserting a loose step into the structure. As is the case with our electric tube rail trolleys, the M-Basic has been fitted with our specially developed, waterproof ergonomic foot pedal. This allows you to move the trolley at variable speed up to 10 km/h. M-Lift Metazet/FormFlex has developed a complete series of hydraulic scissor lifts, adjusted to the needs of our customers. The very low step and reliable technology used for developing the M-Lift guarantee the quality and reliability you are used to get from us. As the maximum required height varies, the M-Lift is available in 3 types: the M-Lift 2, the M-Lift 3 and the M-Lift 4. All hydraulic scissor trolleys of Metazet/FormFlex are suitable for tube rail systems of 415mm centre to centre, and have automatic, variable height adjustment.

4 Ergonomics The M-Lift of Metazet/FormFlex has the following ergonomic parts: - A smooth undercarriage - Fully closed, smoothed scissors - Upper platform has smoothed corners - Maintenance-free bearings in the scissors structure - User-friendly operating pedal - Foot pedal - Protective guard at the bottom. This prevents damage by rebounding headpieces of the pipe rail, and allows for safe lifting of the M-Lift by a fork-lift truck. Safety Working at height imposes very severe requirements on products. When the M-Lift was developed, extra attention was paid to safety aspects. As a result, the M-Lift has been equipped with a number of safety measures, but these measures do not impede on its ease of operation or use. All the different versions have been equipped with an emergency lowering facility and additional scissors operation on the undercarriage. The platform has a solid safety rail. A tilt alarm is a standard feature on the M-Lift. It will give you an acoustic warning when the M-Lift tilts too much to one side. The electronics have a relay, which means that electric faults are unlikely. The M-Lift 3 and the M-Lift 4 can be fitted with a prop. The M-Lift also has a hose break valve. Manoeuvrability The M-Lift has 4 steel flanged wheels, which ensure that it moves smoothly along the tube rail system. It is also equipped with 4 rubber tyres, so that it can be driven along concrete paths. It also has hydraulic lift wheels, which make it possible to move the M-Lift sideways, and to turn it round with a short turning circle. A swivelling wheel can be fitted at the front of the M-Lift if required. This wheel is used for covering longer distances along concrete paths. It ensures that it is easy to manoeuvre the M-Lift.

5 Control panels The M-Lift has 2 control panels. The control panel on the work platform has an emergency stop switch, a switch for the direction of movement and a speed control. This control panel also allows you to raise and lower the work platform, and to operate the push-up wheels. The 24V connection is an extra feature of the panel. You can use this, for instance, to connect a ventilator or a lamp. The second control panel is on the undercarriage. This panel also has an emergency stop and two buttons for raising and lowering the work platform. The main switch and battery indicator are also located here. You can also reset the tilt alarm here. Finally, the plug connection for recharging the lift is also located on the undercarriage. The work platform has a waterproof foot pedal. This makes it possible to move the M-Lift while working. The M-Lift can be extended with a builtin battery charger, which makes the use of an external battery charger superfluous. The M-Lift can be easily recharged by means of a different connector and the supplied cable. The LED indicator of the charger can be seen through a viewing window. The M-Lift can also be fitted with an additional work platform. This platform is particularly suitable for working on plants close to ground level. By tipping the platform down, you can work immediately above the pipe rail. This optional work platform also has a foot pedal. Maximum heights The maximum height of the M-Lift 2 is 3.5 metres. The M-Lift 3 has a maximum height of 4.4 metres, and the maximum height of the M-Lift 4 is as much as 6.7 metres! The M-Lifts 3 and the M-Lift 4 have a limit of 3 metres. If you want to work above that height, you must use the prop. The limit is then unlocked, and you can use the full height of the M-Lift.

Our own service engineers will visit your premises to deal with the problem or fault as quickly as possible.
