22 FLEXITANK FILLING STEPS: 1) Container Inspection On this stage container quality is checked according to booking confirmed by customer to make sure if it is suitable to be used on this service. a) Container Inspection: inspection check list. b) Up to 3 years age since Manufacture date. c) Clean deck d) No smell e) Wallswith any dent On this stage protection materials are placed on container inner side and door with the purpose of preventing liquid to be knocked in the container once it is filled on customer s plant and sent to dock. This procedure secures Flexitank fromleaks during transportation.

24 FLEXITANK FILLING STEPS: 3) On Site Filling Inspection: On this stage it is supervised Flexitank filling quality on customer plant with the purpose of following up on conditions are the best to performfilling in order to be certified before customer. To certify inspection: 1) Document issued with real quantity filled in Flexitank as per flowmeter reading with a +/-0.3% error. 2)Sample for the customer received in a bottle for consignee and shipper, which will be storaged for 1 year. 3)Sticker label set on the container doorwhich reads caution in bulk freight
