CureMD's clinical knowledge base includes thousands of diseases, manifestations, complaints, surgeries and medications, as well as complete ICD-9CM/CPT/HCPCS libraries. Auto-Note CureMD EHR provides a smart mechanism for creating useful clinical documentation. Using information captured on clinical templates, providers can auto-generate a complete SOAP format note. With a single click, data from current or past encounters is imported as complete text into the SOAP note. Notes remain active until completion, and can be queued for review and sign-off by multiple providers. Vitals recorded in CureMD EHR auto-calculate a variety of useful measures, such as body mass index, obesity scale, and ideal and lean body weight.
