Changes made during or after production begins will incur charges dependent on production expenses. Cancellation is not possible on custom orders once production has finished. Disc Ordering Information Processes / Turn Times There are two main ways to make CD or DVD discs, duplication or replication. The duplication process uses recordable optical media and is great for smaller quantities and very quick turn times. Replication or automated manufacturing involves a glass master and stampers. The manufacturing process allows for cost efficiencies on higher volumes. Duplication turn times are 3 5 days. Replication times are 7-14 days depending on quantity and packaging. Master approval / checking Check and double check your master disc before submitting for copying. We will make exact copies of your master, so you will want to make sure it has all the information needed, works or plays like you intend. A master created on a high quality CDR or DVD±R is acceptable, make sure you keep a copy of your masters, and do not send us your only copy. Choose disc-at-once when making the master. Select the software option to finalize or close the disc you want No Further Writing Possible, this will make a closed session disc. Do not use a packet-writing software package like Direct CD or other drag and drop software; these make open masters that are unsuitable for manufacturing. Do not use a CD-RW or DVD±RW disc. Rewritable discs make very poor masters and would need to be converted to a regular master disc which may add an additional charge. (RW Discs would effectively be an open master) If you have questions please ask for additional advice on creating a master suitable for distribution. Please send 2 or more masters, it will save time if a master disc is unreadable or damaged while en route to us. Artwork Requirements Please submit artwork files as high resolution in one of these compatible formats: Accepted File Formats:.EPS,.AI,.TIF,.PSD or a.pdf. (.JPG files are usually not accepted due to color, compression and resolution issues.) Program Versions: Adobe Design program files for PC/MAC save to compatible version CS3. PC QuarkXPress accepted in up to version 7, Mac Quark files please export as.eps for submittal. All artwork should be set at a HIGH resolution of 300 dpi for best print quality. Include all FONTS, or convert text to outlines. Include all linked or placed IMAGES. All artwork must include a 1/8 BLEED past all edges.
