Complete record with attachments requires 7-8 min. (Using 8 Mbps line ) 2) Allahabad: 7-15 mins in complete record with attachments. (Using 4 Mbps line ) 3) Lucknow: 10 mins in complete record with attachments. (Using 8 Mbps line ) 4) Bulandshahar: 8 mins in complete record with attachments. (Using 2 Mbps line ) 5) Gonda: 5-7 mins in complete record with attachments. 6) Kushinagar: 8 mins in complete record with attachments. EPIC no is not found there. The voter id card may be bogus. Activities done for improving speed :- 1) Rebuild indexes 2) Optimized SQL Procedures 3) Unused Sessions cleared through application code. 4) Resolution limit set to 100 DPI in HoF Image & Attachments.
