Most people look for rentals by responding to classified ads, but don t forget about word-of-mouth. Ask your friends and acquaintances to let you know if they hear of an availability. If you call about a rental and find it s no longer available, ask if the company is expecting an opening any time soon. Also, calling property management companies can save you a lot of time since they often manage multiple properties. Print Try to grab these publications as soon as they come out. Rentals go quickly.
