2 Community Facilities and Amenities What are the hours of the amenities? The fitness center, business center and laundry facility are all available 24 hours/day. The tennis courts are open 10 am to 10 pm Swimming Pool is open from 10 am to 9:30 pm What time does the pool close? 9:30 pm How much does the laundry room w/d cost? $1.25 per load Where do I get a laundry card? How much? In the laundry facility for $5 Where is the trash chute? The compactor is directly inside the main gate entrance on the left. Where are the recycling centers? By the compactor What do I do with my move in boxes? Break them down and put them in the cardboard recycling bin. How does my fob/remote work? Push the button at the gate. The gate card needs to placed flat on the faceplate at the gate and will also work the amenity areas. Where are the mail boxes located? Inside the main gates past the compactor. Do you have resident activities or events? Yes, we have resident activities &/or events monthly. Please see our monthly newsletter for details. Can I have a party at the pool? Unfortunately, you may not. The pool must remain open to all of our residents during open hours. You may however invite 2 guests to join you! Where do I park? You may park in any available space. Parking garages are available for an extra fee.
3 Conveniences How do I pay rent online? Ask your leasing professional to enroll you in Gables Gateway. How do I use Gables Connect? Visit or call Where can I access WIFI in the building? By the pool and in the business center Where is the rent drop box? At the back of the leasing office. Do you have a courtesy officer onsite and how do I get a hold of them? We have 2 courtesy officers onsite. Call the office and either speak to a team member or on-call associate How do I reserve the guest suite? N/A
4 Guests Where can my guests park? They may park in any Non-Reserved space. Reserved parking is for residents only. Where do my movers park? Towards the back across from the six building. Where does the delivery person come in or do I have to meet them? They are allowed in through the visitor gate. How many guests can I have with me at the amenities? 2 guests per resident How many guests can I have at the pool? 2 guests per resident How do I let friends in the gate? The guest entrance is the gate on the far right at the main entrance. The call box can be used to call the resident. Press 9 on your phone once you have identified the guest to buzz them through.
5 Maintenance How do I submit work orders? You may submit them online, through Gables Gateway or by calling our office at any time. You can speak with either a team member or the on-call service. How do I call Maintenance after hours? Call our office number and speak with the on-call service. What is considered a maintenance emergency? Maintenance problems considered an emergency include the following: 1. No electricity throughout the apartment. 2. No water. 3. No air conditioning on a day of extreme heat (80+ degrees). 4. Water entering the apartment. 5. Possibility of fire. 6. Impeded plumbing in an apartment with only one bathroom. 7. No heat. 8. Non-functioning or malfunctioning smoke detector. 9. Gas leak (also call the gas company). 10. Running water that cannot be shut off. 11. Malfunctioning door or window locks.
