No Authorizing the Purchase of Real Estate Located at 1794 Jackson Road, Parcel A-504, in Connection with the Airport Noise Abatement Project for the James M. No Consenting to the Replacement of the Rosedale Drive Bridge Over Wolf Creek within the City of Dayton, and Agreeing to Cooperate in Matters Incidental Thereto, Including the Execution of Agreements Necessary to Implement this Ordinance. No Authorizing the Acceptance of a Grant Award from the United States Department of Justice in the Amount of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000) on Behalf of the City of Dayton
