Weiss, D.O., FAOAO developed a private practice in South Florida, where, for nearly two decades, he was able to utilize his expertise in the field of orthopedics and his commitment to patient care. He then chose to join the team of surgical experts at Laser Spine Institute so that he could use his extensive knowledge of minimally invasive spine procedures to help patients from around the world. Chairman Weiss served as Chief Spine Surgeon at Laser Spine Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona from before being named Chairman, Department of Surgery in As Chairman, he oversees the proprietary fellowship training program and is charged with the surgical oversight in the expansion of Laser Spine Institute s state-of-the-art surgery centers. Chairman Weiss has completed the Laser Spine Institute Spine fellowship in minimally invasive spine surgery. He has expertise in minimally invasive decompression, minimally invasive stabilization and fusion, endoscopic surgical techniques, laser surgery, regenerative medicine and stem cell treatments of the spine. Chairman Weiss continues to provide patients with relief from neck and back pain caused by spinal arthritis, pinched nerves, bulging discs, herniated discs, sciatic nerve compression, and many other conditions. Chairman Weiss sees patients in Tampa, Fla., Scottsdale, Ariz., and at our newest facility in Houston. Additionally, he he performs surgery and trains new surgeons in Laser Spine Institute facilities nationwide.

By 2003, he expanded the scope of his practice, initiating his second solo practice at Arboretum Spine and Orthopedics in Austin, Texas. In 2006, Dr. Flood merged two of his areas of expertise and became the director and a founding member of the Center for Spinal Disorders and Pediatric Orthopedics in Mesa, Arizona. During this time, he also served as the director for the Pediatric Orthopedic Division of Banner Children s Hospital in Mesa. He joined Laser Spine Institute s talented team of surgeons in Complementing his successful career, Dr. Flood continuously engages in research, writing scientific papers and presenting to respected associations.

Myers Orthopedic Associates of Southwest Florida. He then joined Laser Spine Institute where he has become not only an expert in existing procedures, but is involved in advancements relating to minimally invasive surgical techniques and technologies. Dr. Bereczki embodies the mission of Laser Spine Institute, which is to provide patients with the latest in minimally invasive surgical technology, while still making compassionate, individualized patient care a top priority. He is an integral member of the Laser Spine Institute team and he strives to help patients relieve themselves from pain through the use of minimally invasive outpatient spine procedures.

Not only was he a physician in the U.S. Navy, but he also received the Joint Meritorious Unit Award from the Department of Defense. Dr. Prada s other honors include: First Prize for the Outstanding Research Project fromthe 14th Annual Arkansas Orthopedic Forum and numerous military decorations. He has had several orthopedic surgery articles published. In 2007, Dr. Prada moved to Florida with his wife and children where he plays an integral role in Laser Spine Institute s continued commitment to excellencein minimally invasive spine procedures.

WEBER, M.D. Neurosurgeon American Board of Neurological Surgeons Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society Medical degree, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine Chief residency, Allegheny General Hospital Residency, University of Washington Awards Henry Strong Dennison Research Award Before Dr. Weber began his career in Florida, he worked at a private neurosurgical practice in Boulder, Colo. In 2000, he relocated to the Tampa Bay area where he continued his work in neurosurgery. He started his own practice in 2004 and became known for his leadership in the industry for minimally invasive approaches to spinal conditions, diseases and injuries. Dr. Weber is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons and is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dedicated to research, he has been a recipient of the American Heart Association Research Fellowship, National Council on the Aging Research Fellowship and Henry Strong Dennison Research Award.

It was through the encouragement of his boss that Dr. Sukovich decided to pursue a career in medicine. He spent 10 years as a chiropractor and decided that he wanted to be able to offer patients more options for pain relief. So he returned to medical school to become a surgeon His years as a surgeon have positioned him as a thought-leader and early-adopter of innovative medical techniques including minimally invasive spine surgeries. Dr. Sukovich has spent years honing his skills in minimally invasive spine surgery and was among one of the first surgeons to begin training others in the technique in the early 2000s. In addition to furthering the scope of medicine, Dr. Sukovich enjoys working on his golf swing, gardening and simply being outdoors. His children and wife are his top priorities. Dr. Sukovich loves watching his children play sports, grow and learn.
