4 Project Overview e Local Government (elg) A project by the Government of Sri Lanka for the Ministry of Local Governments, initiated and managed by the Information Communication Agency of Sri Lanka Implementation of the project in response to an international tender is done via a Joint Venture consisting of Respere, hsenid Business Solutions and WSO2 Initial pilot targeting 3 Local Authorities and nation-wide deployment targeted at 330+ Local Authorities Ministry of Local Government
