2 Funding Options: Enhanced Learning Credits No: 4278 Depending on your circumstances you could receive up to 2000 from ELC for training funding. It is sometimes possible IRTC can fund your food and accommodation cost along with a one off payment of around 450, please contact the office for further details. Qualification Gained: BTEC Level 3 Certificate Close Protection *To be granted your SIA Close Protection license you must have a current Medical training qualification, e.g. First Aid at Work or FPOS-i. All members of the training team are working Close Protection operatives with extensive experience around the globe. This real world knowledge enables Titas to provide current and realistic training. Our Close Protection courses are based in Bournemouth, Dorset. This gives us a wide range of locations and situations in which to carry out live exercises and drills. 7 Declaration of Health & Physical Ability I declare is FIT & HEALTHY enough to complete the Titas Limited Close Protection / Physical Intervention / Combat training course, based on all reasonable grounds and what is commonly regarded as fit and healthy. I confirm I am able bodied and willing to undertake this training and will not hold Titas Limited or any representative of Titas Limited responsible for any condition, change of health or injury as a result of voluntary taking part in any physical training. I am aware at any time I can refuse to take part in any physical elements of the Titas SIA training course however this can result in my failure to complete and or pass the training course, with no possibility of any form of refund, unless it is not an SIA requirement for course completion. 8 Terms & Conditions Payment: All courses require a non-refundable deposit with the balance due no later than 3 working days before course commencement date. Cheque, bank transfer, debit or credit card accepted. All credit card payments will incur a 2% surcharge and all cheques should be made payable to Titas Limited, please contact the office for bank details. Identification: All students must provide proof of identification and address prior to commencement of any Titas Limited training course. Acceptable identification: Passport / Driving license full or provisional Acceptable proof of address: Utility Bill dated within past 3 months Bank statement dated within past 3 months Code of Conduct: All Titas Limited students must adhere to the high standards reasonably expected by Titas Limited and conduct themselves in a befitting manner, at all times including when at the Titas Limited office, any accommodation provided by Titas Limited, whilst driving Titas Limited supplied vehicles, when visiting locations and other establishments for or on behalf of Titas Limited. Any unacceptable behaviour by students can result in being terminated from the course with immediate effect, without refund. No alcohol may be consumed during any class time or during exercises.
