Welding procedures are qualified in accordance with the ASME Code Section IX and reviewed by Authorized Inspection Companies like LLOYD'S REGISTER or HARTFORD STEAM BOILER. Our organization allows to verify on each fabrication stage (Engineering, Purchasing, Fabrication, Control) the correct development of operations. Our QC department has one Level III, one Level II and several qualified inspectors in accordance with ASNT TC 1A requirements. The QC department reports directly to the President and/or the Managing Director of the company. A computerized system permits to easy tracking of the different activities for fabrication and inspection. The ASME with certificates U and/or P P have accredited our Company for Code fabrications HYGIENE AND SAFETY The Company has developed an «Hygiene and Safety Manual» which is systematically distributed to all foremen. The Hygiene and Safety supervisor insures that all established procedures are followed in each activity PROJECT DATA PROCESSING Our Company has developed a computerized system (Software Boctrack) improving the reliability and the quality of fabrications, through rigorous follow up and better planning management. This system also increases communications with our customers. This follow up permits to obtain a detailed development report of all work carried out.
