13 All available materials will then appear on a page that looks like the one at right. When you move your mouse over any part of a document number or description, its image with a short description will appear to the left of the list

20 Another way you can search for IDI materials Another way to search the IDI materials listings is to type Control F. This will launch the Find function (A). In the example on the right, typing Consumer Education located two consumer education brochures, with the first one highlighted (B). You can also search by form number. B A

21 Ordering preprinted materials To order preprinted materials, select the check box for the item in which you are interested. In this example, The Standard s Financial Strength flyer, form 13983B, is selected.

23 Ordering preprinted materials (cont d) The default quantity setting is the minimum order you can place for each item. To order more, in this example, 100, type in the amount you request more than the preset maximum, you will be prompted to either accept the maximum order or to contact to request an exception.
