Box Atlanta, GA Gas South s Braves VIP Sweepstakes Official Rules Gas South, LLC (hereinafter referred to as Gas South ) will conduct a Braves VIP Sweepstakes (hereinafter referred to as Sweepstakes ) as described in these rules (hereinafter referred to as Official Rules ), and by participating, each participant (hereinafter referred to as Participant ) agrees as follows: 1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. PURCHASE OF NATURAL GAS FROM GAS SOUTH DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. ALL U.S. FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 2. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 PM Eastern Standard Time ( EST ) on Monday, February 21, 2011 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as the Entry Period ). There are two (2) ways to enter: online or by mail. No other method of entry will be accepted. (1) Online. During the Entry Period Participant may go to to access the online entry form for the Sweepstakes. By successfully transmitting a completed online entry form as directed, Participant will be entered in the Sweepstakes. All information submitted online by Participants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, Gas South s Privacy Policy accessible at: Participants must fully complete and submit all nonoptional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to not receive commercial s from Gas South; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon Participant s consent to receive such s. (2) Mail-in. If Participants do not wish to enter online, Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by hand-printing his/her name, address, city, state and zip code, day & evening telephone number (including area code), date of birth and address (optional) on a 3 x5 postcard and mailing in an envelope with proper postage affixed to Gas South, LLC, Attention: Marketing- Braves Sweepstakes, P.O. Box , Atlanta, GA Gas South will use addresses provided via the Mail-in entry method for prize notification purposes only; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon Participant s provision of this information. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Wednesday, August 31, 2011 and received by Gas South by Friday, September 2, 2011 to be eligible. Mail-in entries become the property of the Gas South and will not be returned. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, per household, regardless of method of entry.

2 3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to Georgia residents who reside in the Atlanta Gas Light Company service territory, and who have an existing natural gas supply line at the residence. Participants must be at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry to be eligible. Employees, officers and directors of Gas South LLC, Cobb EMC, Atlanta National League Baseball Club, Inc. d/b/a the Atlanta Braves (hereinafter referred to as ANLBC ), the other MLB Entities and each of their respective owners, principals, parents, subsidiaries, or affiliated companies (and the immediate family members of any such employee, officer or director, and any person residing in their same households, whether or not related) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win Prize. The term immediate family member includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. The MLB Entities shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ( MLBAM or MLB.com ), MLB Media Holdings, Inc., MLB Media Holdings, L.P., MLB Online Services, Inc., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions and Major League Baseball International), the Major League Baseball Clubs, Tickets.com, Inc., SportsOnEarth, LLC and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the shareholders, parents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns of the above entities. Sweepstakes is void outside Georgia where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. 4. PRIZE(S): The winning Participants (hereinafter referred to as Winner ) will be randomly selected at least one week before the scheduled events listed in Schedule A. The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except at ANLBC's sole and absolute discretion. There will be no substitutions for the Prize except due to unavailability, in which case a cash prize of equal value to the Estimated Retail Value of the Prize will be awarded at the sole and absolute discretion of Gas South. NOTIFICATION: WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, each Participant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against Gas South, Cobb EMC, ANLBC, the other MLB Entities and each of their respective owners, principals, parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, management committee members, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the

3 Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (herein collectively referred to as "Released Parties") for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any Prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize. Each Winner, by acceptance of Prize, grants to Gas South, ANLBC, MLB Entities and each of their respective designees the right to publicize such Winner's name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness and Prize information in any media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. 5. ODDS: The odds of winning depend upon the total number of entries received. 6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: The potential Winner will be selected at random from Particiapants and notified by , telephone and/or mail (in the sole discretion of Gas South and/or ANLBC, as applicable) (hereinafter referred to as the "Prize Notification"). In the event that any potential Winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within three (3) days of date of issuance, a disqualification will result, Prize will be forfeited and, at Gas South's sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner may be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries. The potential Winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number and/or other identification to Gas South and/or ANLBC and may be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, where legal, Publicity, within five (5) days of date of issuance. Failure to submit any identification required by Gas South and/or ANLBC or to return the required documents within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules or the return of any Prize or Prize Notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and Prize will be forfeited and, at Gas South's sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential Winner to be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries. All decisions of Gas South and ANLBC are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Winner may waive his or her right to receive the Prize. The Prize is nonassignable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. No substitutions are allowed, except that the Prize and individual components of Prize packages, are subject to availability and Gas South reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value. The Winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any and all taxes on the Prize (including income taxes), and must provide Gas South with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before the Prize will be delivered. Failure of the Winner to comply with any term or condition of these Official Sweepstakes Rules, may, in the sole discretion of Gas South, result in the Winner's

4 disqualification and the forfeiture of the Prize. The Winner's name may be obtained by sending a request with self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Gas South, LLC, c/o Marketing, P.O. Box , Atlanta, GA PARTICIPATION: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an agreement by each Participant to comply with these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Gas South reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) if Gas South determines, in its sole discretion, that fraud, technical failures, tampering, or other causes corrupt, compromise, or impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). By participating, each Participant agrees that Gas South, ANLBC, and the MLB Entities shall not be responsible for delays, technical or mechanical difficulties, human error, malfunctions or failures of any kind, whether originating with Participant, Gas South, ANLBC, the other MLB Entities or any third party, including, without limitation, postal or delivery service delay or the malfunction of any telephone, cable or satellite network, computer network, or equipment. Gas South, ANLBC, and the other MLB Entities are not responsible for any events beyond its control (force majeure, quality or content of performance, theft of Prize, loss of Prize, etc), in which case the Prize may not be awarded or replaced. Gas South reserves the right to disqualify Participants found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Gas South. Gas South, ANLBC, and the other MLB Entities disclaim any responsibility to notify Participant of any aspect related to the conduct of the Sweepstakes. 8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to the face value of the Prize; and (3) under no circumstances will any Participant be permitted to obtain any award for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages and/or any other damages against Gas South, ANLBC, and the other MLB Entities. 9. CONSTRUCTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Sweepstakes Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and Gas South in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the state of Georgia, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Georgia. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Sweepstakes Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Sweepstakes Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

GENERAL RELEASE: By entering the Sweepstakes, Participant releases Gas South, LLC, ANLBC, the other MLB Entities and each of their respective owners, principals, parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, management committee members, directors, officers, employees, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, promises, demands, causes of action, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, the Sweepstakes, preparation for, or participation in the Sweepstakes or with the acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any Prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt, possession, use or misuse of any Prize, including, without limitation, claims, costs, promises, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light. 11. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Gas South whose decisions regarding the selection of the Winner and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. A chance to visit the field and watch the Braves warm-up before the start of the Atlanta Braves vs. Baltimore Orioles game on Saturday, July 2 nd, 2011 at Turner Field in Atlanta, Georgia. Winner will also receive use of four (4) tickets and a parking pass. Winner must arrive at the 755 Club Lobby on the day of the game no later than one (1) hour prior to the start of the game. Transportation to and from the baseball game not included.
