17 One mustn't overgeneralise As in all countries some parts are good/excellent whilst others are struggling General signs of improvement. Greatly helped by the funding from the EU etc.
18 Programmes supporting innovation at universities mostly set up by the Ministry of Trade & Industry and the Ministry of Education, Youth & Sport, usually financed by the EU programmes e.g. Support of innovation activities, patenting and licensing Support for science parks, innovation centres etc. Seed fond Support of Pre-seed activities EF-TRANS project. Support for regional innovation centres (so far only the South Moravian Innovation Centre has been set up?) Support of R&D infrastructure.
