ICAS se réserve le droit d exiger que les documents originaux ou officiels soient expédiés directement par l établissement d enseignement. Le type de document exigé sera indiqué dans le rapport d évaluation. À l exception des documents originaux, tous les documents soumis aux fins d évaluation deviennent la propriété d ICAS et ne sont pas retournés. Les documents originaux sont retournés avec le rapport d évaluation. Les rapports sont envoyés par la poste régulière, sauf si vous avez opté pour le service de livraison par messagerie, et que vous en avez réglé les frais exigés. Les documents émis directement à ICAS par l établissement ne sont pas remis aux candidats visés. Pour tous les pays, ICAS exige le document attestant la fin des études (diplôme, grade ou certificat) ET le dossier des études réussies (relevés de notes, feuilles de notes, indeks, etc.), et ce, pour tous les titres, avant que ne soit préparé un rapport d évaluation (peu importe le type).
