12 KBR HQ AND OFFICES Had 973,000 sf in KBR Tower and 500 Jefferson Planned to keep some employees in downtown, move some to far west Houston in new campus. Clinton Drive employees would move to new campus. Would have reduced downtown space by 530ksf. Chose to consolidate in downtown and have some office space in west Houston Added net 220ksf Result: 750ksf positive swing in expectation
