8 Management Team Gerald McCann President Gerald McCann is the President of Cynergy Mechanical Limited. Mr. McCann has been involved in the HVAC field and related industries for over 20 years. Over the past 20 years he has grown Cynergy from a small Toronto based service business to a multi-faceted integrated service organization covering the GTA and Southwestern Ontario. He prides himself on maintaining a personal commitment to understanding and delivering value to all of Cynergy s clientele and takes a very hands on approach to the day to day operation of the business. Kevin McCann Vice President, Construction & Standards With over 30 years trades experience Kevin McCann is dedicated to ensuring large scale construction or capital projects are designed and completed on time and on budget. Kevin has personally responsible in managing capital retrofit and energy saving projects in excess of $ 1mm. As a licensed journeyman with Master Heating Installer, G1, OBT-2 and licensed plumbing credentials, Kevin understands the project process from concept to completion and how to properly manage the expectations of all involved. Matt Monardo Manager, Maintenance & Service Matt is an energetic, customer focused individual and key member of Cynergy Mechanical Service department. As an experienced Dispatch Manager, Matt continually has his hand on the pulse of the day to day operations and ensures all timelines, service call scheduling and job assignments are executed and completed to exceed customer expectations.

9 Our core services: Plumbing, Construction & HVAC Neil Coultis Lead Hand HVAC Neil has over 30 years of experience in HVAC systems. He has watched the industry evolve and he has evolved right along with it learning new systems and technology. He holds his Gas Technician 1 license and his 313A along with numerous cards like Gas Tight and Confined Space. Neil s expertise and thirst for knowledge means he is our key point person for the latest computer driven equipment for chillers, cooling towers, RTU s and more. He is often seen reading manuals or flying off to the U.S. for training. As our Lead Hand in HVAC, Neil mentors our up and coming mechanics who get decades worth of knowledge, in the context of where the industry has been, and also where it s going. With Neil our customers get a trusted knowledge source and leader on their job sites. Brendan Lucas Lead Hand Plumbing Brendan holds his Certificate of Qualification and is a Red Seal Plumber, Certified Backflow Technician, and holds several other cards such as Confined Space, Hoisting and Rigging, and Working at Heights to name a few. He has over 10 years of experience in plumbing and leads all our plumbing projects from large building riser and horizontal repair/replacement to being our resident expert on backflow and piping. His exceptional project management skills, ability to estimate a plumbing job, and then lead the execution means a worry free solution for our customers. Given the urgency to most plumbing repairs Brendan is a solid problem solver with fastidious execution abilities. He is a critical member of Cynergy s team. Dave MacKay Construction Lead Hand Dave has 20 years of experience in the industry and has worked on a wide variety of projects in both construction and service. He holds his Gas Technician 1 license and his card for Hosting and Rigging, First Aid, Gas Tight, and Fall Protection to name a few. During his tenure at Cynergy he has been involved in service and in the last 5 years he has been the Lead Hand on our new construction and construction retrofit projects. His expertise and knowledge plus length of time in the business mean the sites are professionally managed. Dave also gets on the tools and is a great manager, regularly sharing his knowledge through demonstration. From gas piping, cooling towers, chillers, boilers etc. Dave tightly manages projects and delivers well tenured expertise and knowledge on all construction sites.
