Service Contracts Available ECM offers three types of Service Contracts to give you worry-free repair service for all your commercial needs. Parts and Labor Service Contract ECM will provide unlimited service to repair all contract covered equipment. We will furnish parts, labor and materials necessary to repair and maintain the covered equipment and keep it in good operating condition. Labor Only Service Contract Unlimited service by ECM will be provided to repair all contract covered equipment. If parts are needed to repair the equipment, ECM will furnish parts and materials upon your approval at a 15% discount off list prices. Preventative Maintenance Agreements This precision Tune-Up program for your air conditioning systems(s) is designed to minimize costly breakdowns, reduce operating costs, improve efficiency and extend the life of your equipment.
