2 This procedure will guide you step by step and help you fill your application form. Make sure to follow each step. Step 11 is the most important one, please pay attention. Have a credit card to pay the registration fees at the end of the process. During all the process, if you are not sure, have any question, you can save and close by clicking «Sauvegarder et quitter» and come back later. Questions? 3 Application process To begin the application process : Click on «Demande d admission» in the middle of the page under the heading «Admission aux cycles supérieurs»

4 Click on «Faire une demande» to avoid steps 1-4. Apply to program

5 To complete the application form, click on «Remplir la demande d admission en ligne». N.B. You will be prompted to pay the registration fees by credit card. You should therefore have the necessary information available. Complete application form

6 Create your «UdeM Account» Obtain your UdeM user ID «code utilisateur» by clicking on «Créer compte». Alternatively, you can enter your user ID and password in the appropriate section if you already have an UdeM ID. Create an account

7 Create your user name in «code utilisateur». Create your password in «mot de passe sélectionné» Confirm your password in «mot de passe confirmé» Indicate a valid address in «adresse courriel» Click «OK»

8 You have successfully created your account when the green check mark with «vous avez réussi» appears. Click «OK» to continue to the next screen and enter your user name «code d utilisateur» and password «mot de passe».

9 Start your admission process by clicking on the «Faire une demande» button Apply

10 5 6 4 * For each term, your start date should be between the dates indicated below. If your start date is after those dates (i.e. as shown between the brackets) your admission application will be considered for the next term. Fall term = September 1 st to November 29 (November 30 to December 31) Winter term = January 1 st to March 30 (March 31 to April 30) Summer term = May 1 st to July 30 (July 31 to August 30) ) Check the box «faites une demande comme stagiaire postdoctoral ou étudiant visiteur de recherche». 2) Select the suggested start date in «date de début du stage». * 3) Select the tentative end date in «date de fin de stage». 4) Select «nouvelle admission». 5) Select «aucun cycle». 6) Select the postdoctoral program in «choisir programme 1». 7) Click on «page suivante» to continue.

11 Search your Study Program program number If you already know it, write your program number in the «programme d études» box or You can do a search by keyword in «mots clés» box or Consult (listed at the end) ments/pdf/guidestagiairepostdoctoral_eng. pdf or ments/pdf/guideetudiantvsiteurrecherchea NG.pdf And then click on «Rechercher».

12 Choose your Study Program Select letter «s» for postdoctoral fellowship and choose the right one. Select your program

16 1) If you have ever studied in Québec, indicate your «Permanent code» otherwise leave blank. 2) Indicate «yes» if you were registered elsewhere than at UdeM. 3) Indicate «yes» if you ever registered at UdeM otherwise check «no»

18 Click on «oui» if you have entered all the required information on your studies. Yes

22 Confirmation Please check on this website for additional required documents. If you wish to keep a copy of your Admission application click on «imprimer demande d admission». Click on «Page suivante» to submit your application.
