3 The transportation is carried out with the most modern motor vehicles, available these days, the diversity of which makes it possible to transport the ADR fluid, bulk, pallet products as well as the ones in bag or big-bag. 12 Localization GPS system By the permanent development of transportation it is essential that we know the exact location of the vehicles. Therefore the trucks of the Fertilia Kft. are equipped with satellite vehicle tracking system, which helps in the everyday work, while the further evaluations help in the organization of the better, more efficient and more cost-saving labour processes. The stored data can be checked at any time, which provides answer for the later occurring questions. The WAYQUEST vehicle tracking system (GPS) and the related map database: the software provides access to the measurement data, and makes possible the evaluation of those data, recorded by the system, which relates to the movement of the vehicles The dispatcher controls the compliance of transportation and search for the best and shortest way, to avoid the damage by the delivery. The result of this process is the time and cost savings.

13 The processing of trip records takes place and becomes recorded on computers, with the Microsoft Navision system, used by our company. Tachograph The evaluation of tachograph discs also happens on computers, with the help of the analysis system of ROADMOVER tachograph, which assures that the AETR rules could be entirely met. Our vehicles have all necessary documents /corporate permission, CEMT permission, affirmation certificate, International intermittent testing certificate, Public transit license/. All our vehicles are equipped with the requirements, needed for the transportation of dangerous goods. Trip records, background Insurances Our company, for its own and its clients financial interest, provides not only the compulsory liability car insurance, but also CASCO inland cargo- and CMR international product and park insurance for all our vehicles. Maintenance, service Our company performs the maintenance and repair of vehicles in a well-equipped repair shop, so that they could complete their delivery tasks in first class technical condition.
