We concentrates on national and regional transportation of general commodities freight, involving primarily LTL shipments. General commodities include all freight except hazardous waste, dangerous explosives, commodities of exceptionally high value, commodities in bulk and those requiring special equipment. Our general commodities shipments differ from shipments of bulk raw materials which are commonly transported by railroad, pipeline and water carrier. Page 3

Established in 2004, with service to all over North America, we have earned a reputation as a safe, dependable and on-time carrier. From the first call to our logistics department to final delivery of your product, you will be certain our staff and fleet of driving professionals will meet or exceed your specific needs. Shipping Convenience We offer both Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) and Truckload (TL) services between Canada and the USA designed to provide flexibility and convenience when arranging your shipment. They includes : Our largest fleet is comprised of 48' and 53' Flat floor, drop deck, and double drop trailers to transport standard equipment or over-dimensional loads. All trailers are air ride equipped for cargo protection Heavy duty tarps protect your customers load from inclement weather and road grit with a variety of securement devices to transport your goods damage free. We have dedicated trucks leaving from and to Toronto every day on all the area markets on the map. Same or Next Day Service Area From/To Ontario : MI, IN, KY, OH, PA, MA, IL, PQ, QC Two to Three Day Service Area From/To Ontario : GA, AL, TN, MS, LA, AR, OK, KS, MN, IA, WI Three to Four Day Service Area From/To Ontario : FL, TX. RATES FOR LONG HAUL HIGHWAY: Our rates for long haul highway are based on per mile rates to the different areas. Falcon Motor Xpress Ltd provides following different types of rates with late model Air-Ride tractor and tailors to their customers. - Less then 500 miles radius rates to 1000 miles radius rates to 1500 miles radius rates and up miles radius rates Page 5

7 We are Competitive Hourly Rates For Transportation Tractor and driver $ Per/Hr Tractor and driver with 48 or 53 tandem trailer $ Per/Hr Tractor and driver with 48 or 53 tri-axle or tridem trailer $ Per/Hr Single axle straight truck with driver $ Per/Hr Tandem axle Straight truck with driver $ Per/Hr Single axle straight truck with driver and tailgate $ Per/Hr Tandem axle Straight truck with driver and tailgate $ Per/Hr Helper on the truck $ Per/Hr - Fuel Surcharge will be discussed and rate mutually agreed will apply. - Rates are for Greater Toronto Area Only. - For Tailgate deliveries please add $ 2.00 per/hr to above rates. Quote For Shunting Services Falcon Motor Xpress Ltd would also like to submit rates for dedicated shunting services with Ottawa or Capacity shunt tractor equipped with hydraulic fifth wheel. The shunt rates are as follows: - 1 Single axle shunt truck and a driver is $ an hour at a minimum of 50 hours per week. - 1 Tandem axle shunt tractor and a driver is $ an hour at a minimum of 50 hours per week. - NO premium is charged for night, weekend or holiday shunts - Minimum three-year contract required for above services. - In case of breakdown of shunt tractor, Falcon Motor Xpress Ltd will provide a replacement truckimmediately. - 24/7 service capabilities. Terms & Conditions - Fuel Surcharge will apply at rate mutually agreed by both parties. - No Premium is charged for same day rush calls. - No Premium is charged for Weeknight, weekend and holiday deliveries. - Any extra drops after the initial drop is subject to a $50 fee per drop. Off route mileage will apply. - Waiting time is charged after 1 hour loading and 1 hours $40 per hour increasing in increments of 15 min. Whenever practical Falcon Motor Xpress will obtain prior authorization from your company. - Refusal or return of full or partial trailers without fault of Falcon Motor Xpress Ltd will result in a 50% of initial outbound rate charge. - Drop trailers will incur a $100 per day charge after the first 24 Hrs with prior authorization form YOUR COMPANY. - Invoices issued to be paid within an agreed upon term. - Straight trucks available for smaller shipment within the greater Toronto area at $40.00 per hour. Minimum of 4 hours. - - No premium is charged for week nights and holiday deliveries. Straight Truck Services Provided by Falcon Motor Xpress Ltd. Page 8
